Right Start

We had a horrible experience with their online registry. My wife and I spent a lot of time picking items we liked and creating the registry. One week before the baby shower RightStart updated their site and broke everything. At first they lost our registry then when they added it back they had all items on it even the ones people have already ordered when that was fixed we found out from our guests that even though they see the registry they cannot actually order anything from it. So basically the registry was absolutely useless and our guests where not able to order anything from their registry. We made numerous calls and send numerous emails to customer service but they where of no help whatsoever since RightStart customer service does not have access to their own website developers. RightStart outsourced their website development to another company (wishpot.com) which totally messed up the upgrade and migration of data. RightStart customer service kept saying there is nothing we can do the developers are aware of the problem but they have a lot to fix and they get to it when they can. It has been two weeks since the baby shower and there are still problems with their site. Guests are not presented with an option to ship the gift to us (the registered parents). They either have to ship it themselves or know our address and enter it as their shipping address. The point is no matter when you read this review; even if it is after they fixed all these problems you will be taking a BIG chance ordering and using their online registry since they have no control and/or direct access to fixing any problems that occur on their own website. I highly recommend you use another online baby registry.

I love the right start. I miss Stacy and Michelle but the other ladies are also helpful. They have everything we need. My older son loves to play while I shop. We need another car seat and I know they have the best stuff and also know their stuff. I have a coupon for Babies r us but won't bother since I enjoy the right start experience.

The Right Start has excellent quality baby items. I love coming to shop here because the staff is very friendly and the store always clean. I feel like I'm getting the best for my baby. The only thing is they are a bit on the expensive side. There are some items you may be able to find cheaper at other places, but they also have items you cannot find anywhere else.
