I LOVE Mark and Connie! They have an amazing practice and really pay attention to detail and make sure thier clients are taken care of.
I HATE NEEDLES and they always making sure I'm comfortable before and after a procedure. They take extra steps to make sure that I do not feel anything and should I (I'm difficult to numb up), they are quick to make sure that I am ok before proceeding further.
The staff is always smiling when I come in and greet me by name, always putting me at ease.
I travel from Sunnyvale just to see them and I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I've been going to Arbor Dental Group for some years now; and while the dentists there are good I have an issue with thier staff. I think some of the girls in the reception area are kind of rude. They seem to cop and attitude when you ask them for clarification on appointment times, trying to validate eligibility or just general questions. I think they need to learn how to provide better customer service. The dentists are nice but I think they should replace their reception staff.

I've been seeing Mark and Connie at Arbor Dental Group since I moved to California eight years ago and I can't say enough good things about them. I've had a lifetime of dental problems and I've been to a LOT of dentists. Mark and Connie have worked on practically every tooth in my mouth at one point or another and they do great work. Their facility is pleasant, clean and has all modern equipment, their staff is as friendly as can be, and I've always had a minimum amount of discomfort during the procedures and a maximum amount of satisfaction afterwards. I've referred my best friend and his entire family to them and they are just as happy with their experiences at Arbor Dental Group as I've been.
