I knew from the moment I stepped in the door that this was going to be a good experience. Dr. Jones took the time to consult with me over the phone before I came in with my dog, and was very patient and helpful, letting me know what my options were. Once we were there, it was clear that they had my dog's best interests at heart and were not trying to perform unnecessary services. The staff is friendly and helpful, the clinic is clean, the rates are very reasonable, and the care is exceptional.

After several years of looking I have finally found a Veterinary clinic that I feel good about. The people who work here are very helpful & warmhearted.

She's a kind and caring human being who truly loves her work. She is really gifted with cats. My Cat has been very, very ill. I had originally called Bay Cities and the receptionist w/ attitude couldn't get him in (a big "no star " for them) A friend recommended Dr Jones, who worked him in quickly and has been so supportive to both my Cat and me. Her whole staff is great. I would highly recommend her to anyone who loves their animals!
