Tri-City is long gone!

Stay away!

I recommend you never go there!

If you need fishing equipment, go to Walton's Pond, 14837 Washington Avenue, San Leandro, CA

The phone number is answered as All State Consultants, so maybe the store went out of business...When I lived in Fremont, this was a great store, good prices, decent service.

i've been snowboarding for some 13 seasons now and am very particular about my equipment. i've tried all sorts of gear and have seen good and bad. when my friends ask me to help them find snowboarding equipemnt, i bring them to tri.city. people are surprised that such a big store can give such good deals. they're not sportmart! sportmart sells crappy old generation equipment. tri.city stocks the latest models of affordable to high-end equipment and gear. i've gotta say though, even though i'm a longtime freestyle boarder, i'm also an engineer, and i don't look the part. thus, i _do_ get annoyed when i have to deal with the "dude" dudes that talk a lot of boarder talk but don't really know what they're saying. snowboard stores always hire these kinds of dudes. my advice to my friends is that they just come with me to the store and ignore those poseurs. at least the tri.city guys are as bad as guys i've seen at other stores like any mountain.

PROS: best prices, best selection
CONS: like most snowboard shops, they still have those poseur salesguys

The title is very long which made me very unattracted to the store itself. But then i went inside anyways because of my curiousity and i must say the title is somewhat true it does seem as if this store is the LARGEST sporting store there is. I have been to few sport stores before but this is like one hundred homes in one. The prices of their idems are somewhat good but i found them to be high which is what i did not really like. This is also a little bit too big which is why i also do not like this place. It makes shopping not fun because the size always makes you confuse and such. But however this is a very good store to buy your sporting goods.

I usually just go here for my snowboarding needs, but they have a wide range of ALL things sports related. For sure they have the biggest selection of snowboarding gear outside of say, a burton outlet store. They usually have the 20/30/40/50 % of deals but those are off the highly marked up retail prices. Regardless, the selection can't be beat.

If you have a sporting need it has a 99.99% chance of being here. Tri City Worlds Largest Sporting Goods is warehouse-huge. The problem is customers do not know where anything is located. The small staff is busy or unfriendly and generally unhelpful.

PROS: Huge and has everything
CONS: Hard to find stuff

Went here during the winter and they had quite a selection of ski/snowboard apparel and accesories. Prices seemed decent and they have fairly knowledgeable people working there. It's a good place to go if you don't really know what you want. You can find a lot of different items to compare right in front of you.

Tri-City Worlds Largest Sporting Goods is a great place to go for bargain priced sports gear for things like camping, biking, skiing, roller blading. They have a very large selection of everything related to sports at really great prices. Their sales staff are very friendly too and very willing to help you find what you are looking for.

Tri City Worlds Largest Sporting Goods & Patio Furniture Store is like what the name is which seems as if it is THE LARGEST SPORTING GOOD and patio store there is. This place is gigantic. They have almost EVERYTHING there that you need in sport from football to snowboarding they have it all. They are very well price but maybe just maybe they are a little too big.

The inside of this store is very large, and stocked with a very good selection of sporting equipment. No matter what sport you're into -- bicycling, snowboarding, baseball, running, fishing, skateboarding, etc -- they have gear for it. They even offer rental equipment.

There used to be a patio furniture store next door, but they recently tore it down, so now the selection is located in the main store.

The staff is mostly high school and college aged kids, so service can vary. But, it's a family owned store, so if you have a particularly bad experience, you're more likely to get help from management.

The biggest downside to this sporting mega-store is the prices. They tend to run higher than nearby chain sporting good stores, like Sportmart or Big 5. But, you'll also have a much better selection, so it's a tradeoff.

It really IS the word's largest sporting goods store! I feel like I am walking into a storage wherehouse for the entire olympic team every time I go here. They have everything and anything related to the sports and outdoors. The staff is great, in every department they are willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for, even if that takes quite a while. The cheapest bargains are in the box tables in the middle aisle toward the front of the store.

PROS: more sports and outdoor merchandise than you could imagine
CONS: could use a remoldeling, has looked the same since forever
