personally loved it, i got a facial and mani &pedi. The facial was great i got a clarifying facial with Nally, i believe her name was. She gave me a nice robe i could change into and asked me to lay down under the blanket, oh so comfy! I was impressed on how gentle she was and told me everything i needed to keep my skin looking healthy.
After that i went for my mani and pedi and i was not dissapointed at all. The lady was very nice and funny and kept me entartained they did a very nice job on filing my nails to a shape i wanted and did a nice job painting them too. All the instruments were pulled out of a sanitizer box and the desk itself was very clean and that is what made me sure about this place.
I loved that place and reccomend it to everybody!

Very nice place! The receptionist was very nice and offered me tea and brownies. I think her name was Lina. I called about an hour and advance and thought there wouldn't be anything available but she fit me in.

Karina- name of the magician. I had horrible tensions in my back. My lower back was hurting for 2 month. Deep tissue was just plain terrific. All the muscles were touched and i am very picky about that. Here, there was nothing to pick on. Really relaxing and the pain is gone and i think that's for long. Even though i want to come back like now.
Five stars deserved.

I just moved to this area and was looking for a spa close to my new home. I checked several spas on the internet and choose this place because I found everything I was looking for, even a Vichy shower. Massage was so amazing that I decided to buy a gift certificate for my friend, so the next time we will get massage together in the couples massage room. I also made my appointment for hair highlighting and nails. Clean place and very professional staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for high quality services.

Recently I received a Spafinder gift certificate from my friends. I?m not local and could use it in my home town, but it was a great opportunity to try spa here in the Bay Area. After almost an hour of Internet research I decided to choose Lily salon and day spa. I found a lot of spas, but this one is the only spa in Cupertino area that has Vichy shower, sauna and couples massage room with Jacuzzi. This was the best day of my life from the moment I was greeted at the front desk. I was treated like a queen. Warm Jacuzzi with moonlights and frozen yogurt with fresh fruits were an amazing surprise. Nice ambience and soft music made impressive feeling of complete relaxation. The staff was professional and friendly. I?m glad that I found this place to get stress out. I loved it so much and will definitely recommend to everybody.

Lily Salon and Day Spa is an amazing place. I went there to get a massage because i stress a lot lately so i went to see Karina i did not regret it in any way!The lady is a magician, she worked on my muscles so good. Absolut relaxation an the pain is gone. I recomend her 100%!
Also try Adi for waxing!i was so scared it is going to hurt but i barely felt anything! In general the atmosphere is very nice, when you come in you get offered tea or a cofee and there are those small delicious cookies. My satisfaction was on a highest level!

I see Eric at Lily Salon, who is a master of hair! Whether it be a new cut, color, or adding highlights, he always does an amazing job. His prices are fair and he's a pleasant person to talk to. My only problem with going to see Eric is having to deal with the manager of Lily Salon, Olga. Every time I am there she tries to sell me some product or service, and even once recommended I get a brow wax, which she conveniently could do for me right then. It was extremely rude and I will never go to her for any sort of services. I DO recommend going to see Eric though, because you won't be disappointed!

Well, my experiense was great the first time, I saw Brienna, and she did an aline cut and highlight on me that was beautiful. I was so nervous to cut my very long hair this short, but I couldn't be happier, the last time I was there to make an appointment the owner kept pushing me to see a new stylist, What's up with that! I won't go to anyone else, Brienna did a beautiful job it was the best style I have had. She works everyday but tues & wed. Call, but be sure to ask for her specifically!! Don't settle for the less.

I've tried quite a few places and this is the best. I had an amazing aromatherapy facial here last week. Each step of my visit was a marvelous and out-of-this-world experience, and this is not my first spa treatment! My esthetician Svetlana was kind and expert and I managed to relax fantastically. The treatment was very nice, with a lovely facial massage. I especially liked that once the mask was applied, Svetlana gave me a neck-and-shoulders massage, soft and at the same time strong.
The spa itself is pretty nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. So it does get points for that!

I walked in to the salon scared and afraid of change like anyone else. I went in to get my hair highlighted and a facial...... it was such a treat to have a friendly face approach me , and make me feel like it was my day to shine. My hair was a mess when i came into the salon, i havent changed my hair style in years it was frizzy, long, and boring and not to mention the grey it was starting to form. I highly recommend that you go and see a lady by the name of Mary to do your hair. without a word or anything, she knew exactly what would look best on me and was very honest telling me if something would not be for my benefit. I have to tell you, she really earned my business not to mention the atmosphere in the salon was very uplifting. it is a very clean and organized salon, even when i went back to get my facial, it was very clean. i was highly impressed. My face felt amazing after i was all finished. everyone there is very friendly and professional. YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS.......... I have never looked and felt this good in a long time..... thank you so much to Mary for making me feel this way... and trust me, you will look and feel your best walking out of LILY SALON AND DAY SPA, you will want to come back again just like me. For this Valentine's Day I was looking for a very special gift for my wife. I really tried to surprise her and after a few nights of wandering over the Internet the idea of getting a couples massage stuck in my mind. Now that I knew what I wanted I decided to give my wife a gift certificate for two of us so we could enjoy a day in the spa together. After some extra search I picked several places and ultimately ended up gazing at the Lily's Spa page. This place seemed to have everything I was looking for. First, for the spa itself, it was beautifully decorated with roses and candles. No doubt they have done a very nice job creating this delightful oasis of serenity. The staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed Hot tub with colorful bubbles, lights and soft soothing background music. After that we received unforgettable Spa signature style massage. Our massage therapists Lily and Molly were amazing and the massage we got was just superb. And what completely stunned me was a gorgeous fresh rose my wife got at the end!
This spa was extremely comfortable and the massage was honestly the one of the best we have ever received. I would recommend this spa to anyone - don't miss out on this amazing place!

WALKED INTO THIS SALON WANTING TO CHECK IT OUT, RIGHT AWAY I WAS BOMBARDED BY AN OLD WOMEN CLAIMING SHES THE OWNER THOUGH SHE COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH, I WENT INTO THIS SALON WANTING A SERVICE MENU BUT INSTEAD THIS WOMEN STARTED TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY A MASSAGE FINALLY I GOT SO ANNOYED I WALKED OUT WITHOUT THE MENU! I went to Lily Salon for a facial and pedicure and immediately fell in love with it! My esthetician Adi turned out to be one of the nicest people I?ve met. What amazed me is how quickly she examined my skin and helped me choose the product that is right for me. The Dr. Murad line of products works perfectly for my skin. The aromatherapy treatment I got also included a face and neck massage ? I loved it! My skin felt rejuvenated and glowing.
After that Chi took care of my feet while I enjoyed relaxing music in serene ambience. She was very accurate and tentative; I would say she is a perfectionist. She worked slowly, but it was worth it. Besides she was nice and friendly, and I enjoyed talking to her.
What a great place to recharge my batteries! Highly recommended!

My business involves frequent travel so I?m feeling exhausted when I get back home on Friday nights. Good massage is the only thing that saves me and that?s what I always get here at Lily Salon. To tell you the truth, you feel pampered from the moment you walk in the door. But the reason I will continue to go back is the professional and dedicated approach of their massage therapist Lily. A while ago she recommended me an express recovery package: sea mineral body scrub, relaxing sauna and massage, and I can tell you this really works for me. I?m kind of a fussy guy who pays attention to every little detail. So I was pleasantly surprised to slip into a very light and fluffy bath robe ? not one of those cheap heavy robes you usually find in hotels, but an authentic Tommy Hilfiger robe. Another thing I loved was a sauna with quiet music and mild color changing lights. Last but not least ? a wonderful finale to my treatment was having a cup of tea at a small but cozy mini-bar room. And there were even some magazines for men ? a rare thing in beauty salons.

If you travel a lot like I do ? this is the place to get your energy back!

During my weekend visit to the salon I was pleasantly surprised. This place used to be just an ordinary hair salon, but now after remodeling it became an upscale full service day spa. I have spent half a day and it was incredible experience. When I arrived at the spa, I was absolutely exhausted after stressful week. I left the spa nearly four hours later and felt completely amazing. The hot tub with romantic lights was a good way to start. The experience of the spa signature massage with my therapist Galina was just divine! By the end of this session I was already numb with relaxation - and this was just part one.

After 15 minutes in dry sauna I had the next part of the package - the Vichy shower. This is a wonderful experience and I can honestly say that I would go back just to have this part of the package. It was incredibly therapeutic and cleansing. My skin felt so clean, smooth and soft after the full body salt scrub and Vichy shower. The shower itself is very powerful and targeted all the spots that felt tight - from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. Olga?s heavenly touch is just awesome. I had a great body treatment experience.

My package was completed by European facial customized to my skin needs by esthetician Adi who was very professional and thorough as she talked me through the products and techniques she would use to revitalize my complexion. I particularly enjoyed the hydrating mask, which smoothed my dry skin.

The overall experience was very professional and the rooms were clean and modern. The ambiance was very soothing and the service was exceptional. Thank you for an awesome experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to escape reality and be truly treated like a Princess!

I have been going to this salon for years, and since the ownership change this salon is heading downhill. The new owner is a dictator, and driving all the good staff away. Rosa and Kathie left because of this woman OLGA. I go to lily salon for relaxation and not want to be pressured into purchasing products. I went three times thinking it might improve the next time, but it's the same every time. I will never go to this place again.

I've been getting facials from Madlyn at Lily Salon for over 8 years. As a middle-aged woman, I was beginning to see small lines and wrinkles but also breaking out occasionally. Since I've been going to Madlyn, my face has cleared up and the lines/wrinkles are gone. People consistently think that I'm 10-15 years younger than my true age and I thank Madlyn for that.

I highly recommend the facial and waxing treatments that Madlyn provides and have sent many of my female friends to her for assistance.

The atmosphere at the salon is very comfortable without being too frou-frou in their decor. Lily Salon focuses on the treatments, which is what you should be paying for -- not some waterfall located in the lobby.

Lily's Salon is wonderful. I am a long time customer and have many friends who go there as well. When I walk in the door, I have always felt so welcomed. The receptionist always has a friendly smile. In addition, they have many extraordinary people working there with amazing talents. For instance the stylist Maureen Fahey is booked normally a few months in advanced. Nic does great work and extensions as well. Eric is so awesome and does excellent color and highlights. Mary has such a great laugh and always lightens up the salon. Madelyn has been the owner for over 20 years. She is the best of the best. Her and the other aesthetician Kathie, both do amazing work. Madelyn really spends her time on her clients during facials and makes sure to clean up everything. They both are perfectionist when it come to waxing!! This place is the best. Always friendly making me feel right at home. Go there and try it out yourself. You will not be disappointed!!

I've been a client of Madelyn's for about 3 years after being referred to her by a coworker. I have not been disappointed! She's professional and answers all of my questions. I see her for brows and legs and she always does a SUPER job! Furthermore, when I was looking for a new stylist, she recommended Eric to me and once again Madelyn was right! I've been seeing Eric for more than 18 months to color and cut my hair - he is AWESOME! I have a lot of natural ash color in my hair, so it is difficult to color. He does a great job and I love his insight and professionalism. I give him the highest recommendation!

I was in for a manicure recently, the lady did a bad job on my manicure. I usally choose a red nail color for my nails. The lady painted my nails and lot of nail polish stuck on the skin. I ask her to wipe it off and she told me don't worry it would go away after I washed my hands. I will never go back to this salon!

I have been going to Madelyn for over 10 years now. She has done my facials and bi-monthly waxing. She is extremely professional and her treatments are wonderful. I get so many complements on my skin and my eyebrow shapes which I attribute all to her. I have also received manicure and pedicure services which have always been outstanding.

I went to Madelyn for a brazilian bikini wax and she made it as comfortable and pain-free as a bikini wax can get! I also received a fabulous facial from her. I would recommend her as well as the salon in general for everything from massages to waxing!

Madelyn has been doing my facials for 5 years. I came to her with mild acne and uneven skin tone. To my surprise I saw results from the first treatment! I see her monthly and my skin is radiant and looks better than it ever has. She is always a step ahead of the trends and products within the skin care industry. I would highly recommend her services. She also does a great job on my eyebrow waxing.
