Kessler Jewelers

Kessler Jewelers is NOT a place to go for quality Customer care and repair. Everytime I've brought something to be repaired, there has been a problem (including pearl earrings repair).
I'm almost convinced, they just speak nice to your face and really don't care about the customers.
I sent a co-worker there, and said it took 10 minutes to be noticed and greeted, little do they know my co-worker is a Sr VP of a large studio in town. He ended at another jeweler in town, where he was treated with respect and walked out with merchandise.
I would definitely NOT recommend Kessler Jewelers to anyone!

Kessler's has been around forever and I have used them on and off for years. But the last time that i had some work done, unlike the other times, there were some problems. They have some of the most beautiful jewelry, are outstanding when it comes to knowledge. Sometimes, repairs take a while, and just one time out of 6 did I have a problem with a ring repair that was never redone. Prices are somewhat steep, but you get that old-fashion mom and pop treatment and arent mauled when you walk in the door. Parking is somewhat difficult.

PROS: Beautiful items, professional and expertise service
CONS: Parking
