Best Korean BBQ in Los Angeles... or maybe any where including Seoul. The quality of meats are excellent, service is great (they speak English) and parking is abundant. It gets very busy so I wouldn't go on Saturday night at 7pm unless you have time to wait.

This is my back up Korean BBQ spot. It is close to my house and I never have to wait for a table. I have gone enough now that the wait staff knows me well. Love their kimchee and their spicy pork. You get more than eough food for the prices. Luv the fact they are open late!!!

galbi/neng-myun is arguably one of the better ones in ktown now. w/ woolaeoak (western/7th) taste going down, i would have to say chung ki wa is prob. one of the better places now. their galbi, however, could use a bit less grease.

cool tables/benches.

With its lacquered burlwood booths and side rooms with sliding paper doors, Chung Ki Wa has an air of Korean rusticity, and so does the hearty fare. You start with an assortment of panchan, some ten seasonal side dishes from marinated…
