I purchased a Ford F350 for $15,995 with a $2,500 warrnty and tax and lic and fees, I paid $695.00 for sprayed in bed liners I also bought $300.00 in seat covers and also paid $300.00 dollars for Huskey Liners, lets say I spent some good money. Out of the 45 days I owned this truck it was at my home for 3 days. I had it towed into Triple Crown 3 times they tried to fix it and that never happened. I contacted the managers there and told them that I needed a car I could drive not a car to have towed in and be stressed out if it would ever be fixed. I asked if they would take it in on trade? After being a great customer and buying 3 cars from them or more and sending many many people to buy cars from them they give me $10,000 towards another car WOW I felt very sad to be treated like nothing more than a profit margin not a good customer but a piece of TRASH. They told me that was the way it was that all the money they put into fixing the car. You think after all the money I have spent there and customers I have sent to them, they might have maybe not looked at the all mighty dollar and treated me like a human. This was a deal they could have been a little more flexable on and made the customer happy but no they sent me down the road sad and as I look in the mirror I see the same red 2003 Ford F350 4x4 diesel 6.0 know in the world of cars to have a very very bad record . I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH TRIPLE CROWN OR SEND A CUSTOMER THERE WAY AGAIN WATCH OUT they have to make there profit no matter what. They wouldnt think of maybe helping a disabled man out and just making a car deal right thats all I wanted, but no it was the profit margin thing and they set the rules how sad. I understand you have to make money to keep the lights on, but sometimes making a customer happy might keep the lights on for good CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!!!!!
