I took my car here after getting in an accident, when I first got my car back, it was a week and a half late, my wheel alignment was out, there was rippling on my side panels from where they had hammered it out, paint was chipping off, my right rear door wasn't aligned properly, and my splash guard was broken. I take it back only to receive it a week later with the paint still chipping off, panels still rippled, a new splash guard but now the bolt they used to hold it down was tearing away from the paneling, doors still not aligned and to top it all off there was a new scratch on my driver's door handle and a chip on my window paneling, both had not been there before. I have an insurance adjustor come out to see what I'm talking about and he agrees with my complaints. They agree to fix it again, I get it back and everything is fine, except the doors still aren't aligned so I have them do it again. This time it looks better, but still not up to par with what the other side of my car looks like, I got so fed up, I decided to just take it home and try to get another place to fix it. This all took over a month and the employees, especially Daren the manager, are all idiots, when I mentioned that the door still wasn't aligned he actually asked "Do you want us to fix that?" DUH you moron!

I took my luxury car to Rosedale after being hit in the right rear door. When I went to pick it up the front and rear doors were misaligned by 1/4 inch. The new paint was chipped. They said, Oh, we didn't notice that. I came back a second time. The front and rear doors were lined up but the gap on the left side of the car did not come close to matching the gap on the left side of the car. They said that they could hardly notice it - until I pulled out a micrometer and showed them how far off it was. Also, the paint did not match. When I pointed that out they agreed that it was a poor match. I came back a third time. The left/right gap was still bad. I took the car to get it away from them. Within several miles we noted that there was an electrical problem. How did we discover this? The alarm went off, the computer said our tail lights were burned out, and the trunk kept popping open. We got the car home where it is now defunct. It will not start. However, when trying to start the car the alarm does go off and the trunk does pop open. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
