Circuit City

I purchased a Toshiba laptop a few years ago from Circuit City in Sacramento, where I was treated nicely and with respect. A few months ago, after it was out of warranty, I started having issues with the computer, and tried to get the Circuit City in Santa Rosa (near where I now live) to send it to Toshiba tech support for me. I was told on the phone that I could get a discounted rate on repair through Circuit City, even though the computer was out of warranty. However, when I took the computer in to be sent off, I was told that they would not take it since it was out of warranty. (I later got the CC in Sacramento to take it with no problems.) Also, even though I brought the computer in, it's my computer, and I explained the problem, the employee I spoke to would not look at me and talked to my boyfriend the entire time. I have not been back since.
