Sushi Hunter

This is the greatest sushi restaurant in the city!!! It far exceeds expectations. Their all you can eat sushi is fantastic. You are given a menu of over 50 items and for one price you can have as much as you like. The food is delicious and FRESH, as well as presented nicely! The decor is Great! The staff quick and friendly. The place is just the right size. Prices are great. The only downfall is that parking can be difficult!!! Although, it is totally worth it. I recommend Sushi Hunter above all other sushi restaurants.

Great pricing! - all you can eat, great selection for little dollars, have an assortment of everything that you can possibly name thrown into the selection, wasnt expensive for japanese food, i would say its pretty cheap actually!

Great customer service! - refilled my cup without me asking, knew to gave us time to talk, recommended items to save us money

Great location! - a tad bit on the quiet side but it picked up as it got later in the night, big TV, nice atmosphere

We first tried Sushi Hunter about a year ago when the sushi bar we used to go to was closed. We have been regular customers ever since. We eat here 3-4 times per month. It is well worth the drive from San Rafael. We always eat from the All You Can Eat Menu. It is the only place we know of in the Bay Area where this menu has more than 50 made-to-order items to choose from. The all-you-can-eat items are identical to the same items ordered from the a la carte menu generous fish --- not too much rice). We strongly recommend Sushi Hunter to anyone who loves sushi and traditional Japanese cooking. Strong warning: once you try it, you may become addicted like we did. I had a fantastic time at Sushi Hunter. I had their Monday's all you can eat sushi buffet (which now is every day) for $23 or something, and then for $6 more, you get all you can drink sake. $35 and you get full on sushi and drunk. What else can you ask for? They have a pretty good menu for the all you can eat too, including a lot of nigiri, some basic rolls, and tempura dishes.
