Pros: if you are upset about foods, you can go to bars in a minute, then you will be happy.

Cons: the sushi quality is like Chinese Buffet

This is the greatest sushi restaurant in the city!!! It far exceeds expectations. Their all you can eat sushi is fantastic. You are given a menu of over 50 items and for one price you can have as much as you like. The food is delicious and FRESH, as well as presented nicely! The decor is Great! The staff quick and friendly. The place is just the right size. Prices are great. The only downfall is that parking can be difficult!!! Although, it is totally worth it. I recommend Sushi Hunter above all other sushi restaurants.

I always feel a little naughty when I come here, as though I'm doing something which is probably illicit. Never have I had the option to gorge myself as much sushi as can handle, all made to order, and leave with a bill for two under $50.

We first tried Sushi Hunter about a year ago when the sushi bar we used to go to was closed. We have been regular customers ever since. We eat here 3-4 times per month. It is well worth the drive from San Rafael. We always eat from the All You Can Eat Menu. It is the only place we know of in the Bay Area where this menu has more than 50 made-to-order items to choose from. The all-you-can-eat items are identical to the same items ordered from the a la carte menu generous fish --- not too much rice). We strongly recommend Sushi Hunter to anyone who loves sushi and traditional Japanese cooking. Strong warning: once you try it, you may become addicted like we did. John and Barbara Cavalli, San Rafael.

PROS: Near to Beach Blanket Babylon - Good for After Theater Eats!
CONS: None that I can think of.

I had a fantastic time at Sushi Hunter. I had their Monday's all you can eat sushi buffet (which now is every day) for $23 or something, and then for $6 more, you get all you can drink sake. $35 and you get full on sushi and drunk. What else can you ask for? They have a pretty good menu for the all you can eat too, including a lot of nigiri, some basic rolls, and tempura dishes.

My company doesn't get their Japanese food anywhere else, but here. Rice Chef is alright if you want convenience store Japanese food quality, but for Japanese food buffs there is only SUSHI HUNTER. It started out as a coworker
