Party City

Party city is the place to go for nearly everythiing you need for a party. They have pinatas, decorations, balloons, lots of wedding stuff, and seasonal items like luaus for summer and Halloween costumes in October. I went there today to buy luau items for my kid's end of year party. Their flier advertised raffia table skirts at 33% off, yet there was no signage attesting to that, so you would have to be extra careful and remind them at the register if it did not come up. There was only 1 person working within the aisles of the store on a busy Sunday, and that person got called up to the register so it became harder to find things. If you're looking for crafts or any cake toppers that are not licensed characters, they won't have it.
In general, the store has good prices, especially if there is a sale. I got all the decorations I needed-- they had a wide selection of luau, from elegant traditional to campy tiki-- plus plates and napkins and throwaway tablecloths, for $20. (Did not get the raffia skirts as I found those to be expensive at $15 each). They seem to have included choices for every budget, which is nice.

PROS: Wide selection, good pricing
CONS: Items can be mis-signed, help hard to find
