Almost everytime my husband takes his bike there for service, the mechanics forget or do wrong something. One day, they forgot to plug an alternator connectors back, another day, they forgot to plug CB cable back, this time they didn't check a clutch cable wear when he had a regular service last Wed. We had a motorcycle ride yesterday (Sunday) and the clutch cable started coming apart around Clearlake (about 150 miles from our house). We came home without using clutch (just foot shifted) tried to not stop (I changed signal and waited him passed and used my bike's hazard lights on)....We had a terrible day off. He paid hour and half labor for the service but seems like they just changed oil and air filter!!
It's not too much to say that they could kill someone. It's very sad that I can't trust the mechanic.
I really hope to find a skilled (or at least done a right job) mechanic around this area. I'm happy that I have never had problems with my Goldwing services at Honda.

I brought my bike in and they said that I shouldnt invest the thousands of dollars to fix it and I was stubborn and had them fix it anyways and they did an amazing job!

i had them due a carb rebuild. paid good money only to have the bike pee gas out of every tube on the carb after one ride. went in there and told them my problem and they told me they would charge me just to look at the carb. The service department is terrible. The parts departmen however, ive had good luck, nice guys willing to help. but still i am not going there anymore.

I went there to buy a motorcycle and when i walked in the sales people ignored me (maybe my nationality? being asian, they didn't think i had the money or was worth the time?).
No greetings, i had to walk over to parts to get them to call the sales guy on his cell phone who was only 10feet away.
I tell him i was interested in the 600's, so he shows me a 250? I had to tell him twice, and then he shows me the bikes. I found a zx6r i was interested and i told him i was going to come back since i had to drive back to my bank in sacramento and transfer the money into my checkings in order to write them a check. since i dont have access to eletronic transfer.
I called Chicomotorsports on my way back from Sacramento, 5minutes into town. They said they had everything ready for me. When i get there, sales ignored me once again. I waited for half an hour. I had to get another guy to call the sales guy, the guy walks me outside and tells me they had already sold the bike. Didn't even bother calling me to inform me.
They wasted my gas and time" I demanded to talk to the owner, and the owner ignored me. Me and my friends will never go there, Really unprofessional and poor customer service.

Chico Motorsports has your latest motorcycles and parts/accessories. I have come in here to purchase a t-shirt for my dad because he collects t-shirts of motorcycle places all over the world. The people here were very nice.
