Clean rooms, high powered bulbs and the ability to tan faster that most places with the overall spray tans. The staff is pleasant and accomodating and have helped me get comfortable in the private rooms. Each room has a radio and fan to keep you comfortable during your stay and they stock lots of different lotions and sauces for every individual needs. If you forget something you can get it there. Ive been going there on and off since 1999, Theyhave all kinds of beds there from regular tanning beds to overall spray tans where you stand up and they have really strong tanning beds where you can lie down. I needed to be tan by the next day for my best friend's wedding and it was my first timed doing a sunless custom spray tan( where they have someone spray you). I called and spoke to a guy named Nick. Came in and one of the clients before me was running late so Nick and the technician Tammy were willing to accommodate me. The results? One word - AMAZING!!! They use some new solution called Infinity Sun. I didn't come out orange or streaky at all! All my friends all thought it was real. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on tanning (compared to my previous experiences at other salons)! Very happy with the service, my tan (day 6 and it still looks amazing) and they gave me the best deal! Far from overpriced. I'm from Pa and the tanning here isnt so good, and when i visited hollywood i just knew i wanted to get a tan from sunset tan! But let me just tell you that Sunset tan is the best! Additionally, they were not very personable. The fees were EXTREMELY HIGH, and not worth the money spent. I will never return!!!! Cons:** Uneducated staff, rude staff attitude, HIGH PRICES Posted 03/29/08 at 8:41pm the best spray tan around - AIRBRUSHING at sunset tan I only was only in LA for a couple days and I wanted to check out sunset tan and went to the one on Sunset. It was cool to see it in person and I wanted to tan there cause of the show. :) I went in and they said they could do the spray tan for me so I could be really tan. The results were awesome, I looked good when I went back home and went to my sisters wedding. The girl at sunset tan was really professional and it was a cool thing to do while I was there in hollywood.
