Our Easter lunch at this location is very disappointed. In the past, we always order prime rib at night and we were very happy with the food.

On April 12, 2009 Black Angus served us a stale medium prime rib at Easter lunch...

We never tasted a dull looking, dried, no juice beef like this in the past. The beef top surface was dried and crusty, I could feel the tough crusty surface when I dragged my steak knife over the beef surface. Then I had to pour the beef au juice to soften it.

Black Angus waiter placed two plates of prime rib in front of us, without cutting into the meat, my husband and I looked at each other and wonder why the waiter thought we could take his enthusiatic attitude as a compensation for bad meat. We believed this waiter knew it was bad meat too, but he served the food anyway.

A lunch order costed about $25.00 for 8 oz of prime rib, each of us finnished half of our order. It is a terrible way of wasting our hard earned money for a lousy Easter lunch.

We could not complain right there in front of the whole party of 5 peoples, so I write this review to warn others to avoid a certain food at lunch time.

It is either the chef is sick or Black Angus does cost cutting by serving stale food/ left over food from previous night to lunchers.
