Embassy Suites-San Diego Bay

The embassy suites is right on the corner of gaslamp quarter and seaport villiage. its great if you are in town at the convention center or to go out. It isnt far from the trolly either which takes you to major spots in san diego for $5p/day.

I have stayed here for conventions before. It is right by the Convention Center and Gaslamp District (Largest Food District in San Diego, all kinds of dining), Go for a little more money and get . You can use your Hilton HHonror there. It is s short walk to Seaport Village where you can sit down in the morning and have your coffee and a gorgeous view of the ocean (and the firemen jog there every monring, what a view). It is not the most kid friendly hotel if you are there for a convention, but to go and stay for a vacation it is great cause they have 1 bedroom suites with fold out couch in the living room. A little pricry but always check their website for deals and discounts including AAA and ARP.

PROS: Wonderful service, they take well care of you there
CONS: I noticed on their website it said valet parking free, I have had to pay when I have parked there.
