It was my first auto insurance. They actually reduced my premium amount when i added a new additional driver. I don't know how it was possible. I also found out later that my agent was overcharging me. I switched my insurance since than and am paying much less. They also didn't answer my calls and when they did they never had answers for my questions.
PROS: If you get a good rate
CONS: not friendly
