I've been going to Sisley Italian Kitchen regularly for the last ten years, and I have to say that whenever I'm away from LA, I simply can't find this kind of food anywhere else. The pasta is delectable, and they have some of the tastiest

Pros: Delicious food, fresh veggies, nice family environment

Cons: Wish they were open all night!

The restaurant is pricey, especially for their small quantities and occasional snobby service, but the food is very good and desserts are always tempting.

When we want to shop at Nordstrom and need to eat, we like to go to Sisley. Moderate prices, good, standard Italian fare and a good kid's menu, all make it an affordable meal that gets our energy up for shopping!

This place is definitely a favorite. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is fun- great for dates, and the location is good. The service was quick, and the employees were all very nice. I love it here, and would definitely recommend!

I visited this restaurant a few years back for my birthday and I was quite impressed.

The gnocci was absolutely delicious but I kinda got full before that on the fresh bread and dipping it in the olive oil.

The drinks were great. The dessert even better.

Staff were very friendly and sang happy birthday to me, a little embarrasing but fun!

Unless you want to valet, parking is convenient in the mall.

This place is located in the Westside Pavilion. Great new movie theatre there makes this place the perfect place for dinner to go with the movie. The host was remarkabble and remembered everyones name and kept things running very smoothly. Once we got seated, had service immidiately. Very nice wine list. The food ranked right up there with some of the best Italian restaurants and the price is super reasonable. Super for just drinks and apps too!

I was at Sisley just a few days ago for a business lunch and it just what we were looking for. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything coming on time. We started with a lot of fresh bread then I had a fresh salad followed by a soup. Can't complain about the food or the portions, they were REALLY big! I would definitely want to come back with my fiance for a romantic dinner.

Its a great place to put down your shopping bags and enjoy the restaurant. They have a lovely outdoor patio with heaters if needed. The menu is everything from good salads to full dinners.

Try a dessert....there are many to choose from

On December 30, 2006 , our experience at this restaurant was unacceptable. Note in the past it has been usually very good, but we have not been back due to the following:

1) Although I made a reservation for 6:45 pm and pushed it back to 7 pm due to traffic. I had the courtesy to call and inform your host I was running late. I was assured that they would hold our booth. However, when we arrived at 7 pm on the dot, we still had to wait over 10 minutes for our table. Did the host not believe that we were going to show?
Once seated..
2) Takes over five minutes to get water
3) 10 minutes for waitress to greet us at our table and take our drink orders
4) Additional 10 minutes for one cup of milk and glass of red wine to arrive; waitress leaves quickly without taking our main dish order. We are puzzled as to why.
a fellow server sees our looks of bewilderment and asks if he can help and we politely request that someone takes our food order.
Waitress notices us talking with fellow server and immediately comes over
5) Proceed to order our main dishes with pizza being our number one choice Then we were informed with a laugh by our waitress that the brick oven is broken and that a gas oven is on order. WHAT0How could this be AND
Why weren?t we informed of this on the phone when we made reservations?
Why not when we first arrived and seated with menus?
BACK UP ORDER
Lasagna: told we would have to wait at least 25 minutes for that dish, again a real weird laugh from waitress with no suggestions as to alternatives
While waiting for our food to come over:
Head host guy comes over and asks us if everything is okay. We say too bad about the brick oven, what?s going on with that. And he says oh a new one is on order and we say, our waitress says it will be gas not brick fueled by wood, he says you know I don?t know and walks away!!!!

please see part 2.

The food is outstanding, if you have not try it, please try it. It is well done and it is just perfect The atomsphere is warm and friendly. Everything is homemade. Please go for it! I took my wife there, and she love it!

What special about this restaurant, the dessert,
"The Tiramisu". the best homemade ever, and was award winning best dessert in LA times newspaper in early in the 90's.
