advertise 18.99 for oil change but then the total bill was 31.39, something doesn't add up for 4 cylinder vehicle. If you gona charge more than advertise then save your money and don't advertise. better yet, offer decent price and good

I hate being the person with the bad news but unfortunately this particular EZ Lube doesn??t seem to have the most qualified people working there. I have been going to this place for a little while and have had 2 separate occasions where I have been there for an oil change and have had to return the next day to do to oil leaking from my car, as well as seeing one of the workers make fun of an older customer right in front of an office full of customers. While I was waiting for my car I heard this worker state that he was the manager on duty that day, which I hope was untrue considering the way he acted. The situation was that one customer had came in a little confused if her car was done and where she pays for it, etc and he just snapped at her to wait and they??d call her when it was done. She was very nice and said ??ok? and went outside, he then proceeded to make fun of her (loud enough for all to hear) and was laughing because of her age and because she was confused about what was happening, which is just wrong, and doesn't give you the best feeling about the place.
As far as my car goes I was told the oil leaks I had after being there were because they hadn??t replaced the old oil seal, and things were fine after they fixed it. The good thing about this place was that they were always quick to fix the issues, and the manager (the second time) was very helpful and apologized for the issues and returned my money. I definitely won??t be going back to this place, and I tried to give them a second chance after the first mistake but it happened again, which leads me to believe they need to get their folks trained or re-trained so they don??t have repeat issues like this.
