Turner's Outdoorsman

Turners is always out of stock on sales items. They don't always honor their own coupons. They mess up governmental paperwork and then call you threatening that you could be in trouble with the LAW. Service is terrible and they are sexist.

Turner's has a reasonable selection of firearms, ammo and fishing equipment, but at fairly high prices. Also, the service is attrocious - expect long lines for checkout and to be outright ignored if you're trying to get service at the firearms counter.

PROS: Reasonable selection
CONS: Bad service and high prices

At Turners Outdoorsman you'll find a reasonable selection of guns, ammo, reloading components, fishing gear, and the like. Prices are a little high in general, but when things go on sale, especially ammo, they can come down to even below Walmart level. It's pretty crowded most of the time, so don't expect to get helped immediately. Not all items have prices on them, but most do. I think they do private party FFL transfers, too, but I think the fee is pretty high (maybe $50 or more).

Turners outdoorsman has a good seleciton of tackle and hunting supplies. The prices are average but you can find most of your outdoors goods in on stop. I would rate it a good store.
