Really nice, had a great view of the water from my room, I was able to watch the cruise ships leave and saw some incredible sunsets. Got to watch them film Prison Break and met the lead caracter. Stayed for a confernece. I will stay again

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. It has an awesome view of the area. The beds are very comfortable with thick comforter provided and plenty of pillows. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we did not run into any trouble during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely visit again and recommend.
PROS: Style, surroundings, service and comfort

If you are planning to stay in Long Beach, this is the hotel that you should try to book. You will be right in the middle of downown Long Beach on Pine Ave next a movie theatre, clubs, and great restaurants. Leave your car in the parking lot and take the shuttle to Belmont Shore or Downtown Long Beach. Friendly service, clean rooms, and a safe place for you car are just some of the perks of stay ing at this location.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near the water. Well, the hotel is nearby the harbor, Shoreline Village and restaurants. The beach is east of the hotel and there is a long path that you can walk for miles. The hotel is very pretty, nice spacious lobby and outdoor pool down by the restaurant. The rooms were exactly just as I thought they would be, with basic amenities. There's even a club lounge level for appetizers and quick bites for breakfast.
The Tides restaurant is the hotel's only restaurant and I mostly dined outside because there were lots of eateries to choose from.
George, the bartender was entertaining, as was Kim, the waitress. Toi, Wan, the concierge and all the bellman were great! The only downfall is the hotel does not have a spa or salon, so they referred me over to the Salon 500 nearby the hotel. Thanks guys!
The staff is very uncoordinated, snooty, rude and could care less. Rooms are small but decent as is the location however the terrible customer service (or lack there of dont think they know what that means) doesnt compensate for the location. There are other hotels in the vicinity that offer far better service and actually make you feel like they appreciate your business.
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff service
