Lamai Rocks 
The woman can shape eyebrows like nobody's business. I've got multiple cowlicks in mine, and can't pluck 'em without them looking like I did it with a chainsaw. Most places wax almost all of them off, but Lamai is a true artist. Well worth the cost- and, she's super nice, mellow, and it's a nice place.

Oscar at Spa Bar
Oscar is an artist and creates a style that works with who you are...he is able to do both color and cut which is hard to find these days... Hes very down to earth and makes you feel immediately comfortable, he listened carefully to me and understood I wanted a great style and color that would be simple to maintain. Ive gone to many other stylists who do what seems like a nice job, but when I leave the salon, I can never get my hair to look the same way. Oscars so talented, that its easy to get my hair to look the same way as it did at the salon. He also showed me how to style my hair with several different looks Hes the best stylist Ive ever been to! Thanks, Oscar!

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX 
I WENT TO THIS PLACE 2MONTHS AGO AND IT WAS GREAT. ACTUALLY THIS WAS A GIFT FROM MY WORK AND IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ITS JUST A RELAXING PLACE. THE FACIALS& MASSAGE ARE GREAT!!

Spa Bar 
I visited the spa bar once on my way back from a haircut in San Mateo. It was an okay experience. I got a mani/pedi which was nice. The spa was very busy, so if you enjoy hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you. Prices are also pretty reasonable.

rushed services...
I tried the Spa Bar on recommendation of a coworker and found it to be adequate for my needs, but not the greatest I've been to. This place was extremely busy when I was there and I felt rushed, which is NEVER a good feeling in a day spa. I think they overbooked and were rushing people through pedicures. My toes hadn't even dried before I was ushered out of the seat for the next client.

Spa Heaven
Spa bar is a great all in one place. They have hair, manicure, facials, masages and an oxygen bar. The facials are very relaxing. The place it self is very modern, has a good feeling. It's a great place to get away for a couple of hours and you'll come out feeling like a new person.

Best Thai massage - see Paula
Paula is No. 1, A++++. Every touch is gentle with enough pressure to work out your entire body. Every touch is done with care and preciseness. When she walks on you, it is so gentle, it doesn't feel like she's walking on you. Her customer service is unsurpassable. She treats her clients like royalty. She doesn't have to, but that is her way. She is Outstanding...I go to Spa Bar to have Paula's magical treatment. Highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful client service
Spa Bar is a gift. I had experienced a hair nightmare elsewhere, and was referred here by a friend.
My haircolorist is so talented. You will also find backup experts and scheduling is very easily accommodated.
What a great place to go to, very professional and yet very warm and welcoming. I recommend Spa Bar 110% and worth every penny.

best eyebrows and facials
I love this place. I have been going to lamai for years. I travel from Tracy just to get my eyebrows waxed. I wont let anyone besides her touch my eyebrows. She is the best and my before and after pictures prove it. Her facials are great too. I would recommend this place to anyone and I always do. Most of my friends see Lamai as well!

Eyebrow waxing anyone?
I had my eyebrows waxed for yrs and I either had them too thin or no shape what so ever!
Well, now my eyebrows are FAB, thanks to Lamai, she does an incredible job!
It's been 4 yrs now and I am still going!
I highly recommend her for waxings!

If you read these reviews you might get hooked like I did
My first massage at Spa Bar was from a gift certificate a while back. It was wonderful. In addition to the great quality of work by these very experienced CMTs, the whole place has a great feel to it. It's one of my favorite ways to unwind or reward myself for all the work I do M-F. I can't recommend this place enough.
