I LOVE this place! Everything is always fresh and cooked fast (but not too fast). It I could eat here every day, I would.

My sister used to take me there all the time. It is so tasty and light on your stomach. You don't feel too full when you leave, and the atmosphere is so cute and low lit. This place is pretty popular among the locals, and I can see why with reasonable prices and great food.

This restaurant's combo salads are so good I get cravings for them even if I?ve just had one a few days earlier. Even the half size is large enough to split so be aware if you are thinking about ordering one of their amazing side dishes as well. The restaurant itself is tiny and a frequent stop for summer beach goers but not to worry, the service is fast and items can also be ordered take-out.

Its near the beach, so its perfect for a snack or full meal. The food is light, but tasty. Their specialty is the giant salads, full of chicken, fried wonton strips, romaine, deep-fried rice noodles and carrots, mixed with a special sauce. You get a TON of salad, I'm serious. The salad is piled in a bowl, and heaped until its twice the height of the bowl, or its stuffed into a takeout styrofoam square, and the person even forces both sides to close by leaning on it. I'm serious. Despite that, it is so good and flavorful.

I've also had the dumplings. Very yummy. The sauces are made differently, I think using gums or stabilizers in place of oil to make it healthier. I don't care what they do, its tasty. I like the pot stickers and Ho Sum dumplings, which come with a great cilantro sauce. Other dishes on the menu are reminiscent of Chinese food, but tweaked a bit to make it either healthier or a bit different to suit American tastes. (Its called "Califoriental cuisine") The waiters and cooks are all hip and cool-looking, but friendly.

They also have an upstairs seating area. Its a really casual cafe. You can even wear flip-flops and a bathing suit while eating. The prices are the same as you'd find in a regular take out Chinese place. I go here all the time.

PROS: Very casual, great food, good prices.
CONS: Hard to find parking, unless you park in the Alberson's lot and walk across
