Nipomo Rexall Drug

I have experienced nothing but the very best of service and my experience there has been so great. Jim and George are such incredible pharmacists and people as are the entire staff there! I always feel they really care about their customers. You get that mom and pop store kind of feeling there and not that big chain store experience. They all go that extra mile for you and I will never switch pharmacies even though it is a half of an hour away from where I live!!

I have only had the best of experiences at Nipomo Rexall. It reminds me of the drug store/pharmacies of my youth, where the staff really cared on a personal level about each customer. I have seen the people there go the extra mile, not just in providing delivery service, but in helping their customers deal with insurance problems, miscommunication between doctors and patients, and more.

I usually like to try to use local businesses when I can, but this is one exception. I have gone to Nipomo Rexall and they have the things that I need, but their customer service is not very good. There are two ladies that work there and whenever I have had to deal with them, either by phone or in person, they have had a bad attitude and have not made it a pleasant experience for me. I would recommend either going to another local pharmacy or just going to a chainstore.
