Pet's Plus

Excellent selection of high end products at affordable prices. Frequent discount coupons in mailers make even more affordable. I prefer the cleanliness of the Laguna Niguel branch better, bet the Mission Viejo store is also nice and very close by my home so I do go there more frequently.

Conveniently located inside a small plaza, Pets Plus has everything you need for your pet--they carry products for dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and fish. What I love is the variety of goods they carry. From food, toys, to bedding, they have an assortment of brands, colors, and styles. If they don't have it, ask if they can order it for you. They also have a store in San Clemente, and when I couldn't find what I wanted here, they had someone from the San Clemente store drop it off here the next day. I was impressed by the extremely fast delivery.

The staff is also very knowledgeable and extremely nice. They also hold low-cost vaccination clinics a couple times per month. I don't use them, but I always see the line of clients with their precious furkids awaiting to see the vet.

The only downfall is the price. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the expensive prices. I see many of the products they carry sold at other places for much cheaper. But then again, I see plenty of other products that I have never ever seen at other natural petstores.

I really like Pets Plus because they have a very wide variety of hard to find natural treats and food for dogs. Previously, I had to order natural dog treats off of the Internet, now I can get them right down the street!!

We have found that the knowlegable Pets Plus staff has a low turn over rate and know our dog by name. Prices are good, and products are diverse. One helpful staff member spent quite a bit of time helping us decide on a food brand for our puppy.

We got some fish here. The staff was slow, although they did take the time to help us with what we needed, as well as polite. The prices were high, but they were the only place that had what we wanted.
