Mikes Mobile Glass

I Have nothing but a great and good expirience with Mikes Mobile Glass , I called them for a windshield on my FJ pt CRUISER they waived my $100.00 deductible no body else was willing to wave any of it they up mobile same day service got it done. A great proffesional work and a great customer service, I will go back with Mikes Mobile Glass if i ever needed their services..

They are a scam. I recently had my window done by them and they completely messed it up. First they damaged my diversified antenna on my audi. Second, they charged my account illegally $1258 because i told my insurance not to pay them until the service was completed. Third, they claimed that they installed OEM when clearly is was generic brand. I was not the first to file a complaint. My advice dont deal with them. Managers name is Mike who pretends to be phillip. Jaidy is one of the secretarys who tried to help me and seemed compassionate to all the trouble i went through but couldn't do much cause she is a secretary. The rest of them seemed like they never had a costumer service job before.

Mike's Mobile Glass has a friendly service as well as speedy. My BMW needed rock chip repair and they came out and did it for free!!! A month later we needed my husbands right rear window replaced and we called around but they topped off everyone's price.

I would not recommend Mikes Mobile Glass. They replaced my windshield and 2 months later I was driving down the freeway when the weather stripping around the windshield came 1/2 way off! The worst part is that I called them to fix it and the installer never showed up. I called every two hours throughout the day and was told he would come and he didn't. Then I called again and set up another appointment, called the following day to confirm. It was confirmed and again, no repair person showed. To top it off, on my third call on the second day, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule! I asked to talk to Mike and was told that there is no Mike, it's a corporation.

I called mikes mobile the mourning after my car got broken into i advised them that i was going on a trip later that afternoon and wanted to know if they had same day service they said yes and were at my home within 2hrs of the first call i had tint on my window as well and they gave me a great price i didnt even have to take it else were

I would NOT recommend mikes mobile glass. they came out and did my sisters window ruined her seat covers, left mess in driveway, quoted one price and then once the job was complete advsd labor charge of $60 more then what was quoted. tried calling the "secetary" "manager" whatever she is is rude, cussed us out and would not help to solve the issue of being quoted one thing and then charging something else. IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU AVOID MIKES MOBILE GLASS.

I won't even give them a star.I brought my truck in to them over the summer to replace windows and they caused 2600 dollars in damage. Beware, they are scammers!

Basically, they're another one of those shady auto service businesses that gives the industry a bad name. They quoted me a price that was quite a bit lower than what I expected, and even after prompting whether there were additional charges, they said no. They led me to believe I was getting a deal. If I knew what I know now, I would go with a more reputable auto glass place. Beware.
