Renaissance Hollywood Hotel And Spa

If you are visiting you must stay at least a few nights at the Renaissance. Yes it is a bit pricey but it is true Hollywood. You can get a room with a few of the Hollywood sign. You are next to the Kodak theatre and the Hollywood and Highland shopping center. A must.

If you are a tourist or a California resident that's looking to go party in downtown Hollywood and want to stay close to all the main attractions then this is the place for you. It's close to the Kodak theatre, the Man's Chinese Theatre and is surrounded by shopping and all kinds of great places to eat!

If you love Hollywood you MUST MUST MUST stay here!!! You can request a room that overlooks the Hollywood sign, which was a dream come true for my daughter! You exit the hotel right into the Hollywood & Highland complex, where there is upscale shopping, a Johnny Rockets and the famous Kodak Theater (where they hold the Oscars). You then walk right out onto Hollywood Blvd where the Manns Chinese Theater is. The pool area has private cabanas free for guest use and a bar. We enjoyed sipping drinks in our cabana in between swims. The staff was so nice and our stay here was perfect!

I just finished working a live television show (that's usually shot in NYC, but the crew was here in LA for a week) - and they all stayed at this hotel and I heard nothing but great things about it. The rooms grounds are kept in outstanding condition. The service is ALWAYS with a smile (no exaggeration) - the valet guys are friendly and helpful, the front desk is super accomodating... plus, this hotel is located right at the famous HOLLYWOOD & HIGHLAND intersection, so when out of town guests are in, they're close to everything that's cool about Hollywood.
