The worst car buying experience ever. Ruined my credit ran it through 19 different lenders. And did not pay off my trade in when they said they did paid 30 days after already selling my trade in.
Save your time!

You know, I was really surprised when I saw this place got nothing but 5 stars. And after my buying experience, I think they should add an extra star. This is the best Nissan dealership in all of Socal if I had anything to say about it.

I traded in my car for one of theirs. One of the worst mistakes of my life. Not only did i have to re-sign a contract cause they messed up the first one. They didn't even pay the final dues on my trade in car. (its clearly on the contract) Now my credit is screwed and the headache is back. I should have stayed with my old car. This new piece of crap wants to fish tail when I'm on the freeway going 60-65mph and they cant find out why.

Don't buy a car here! They gave me a deal up front and I stuck to that, because it was a great deal, though bad color. At the last minute they said that car had been sold. They showed me one with the color I wanted and said it was the same as I had seen, but with no radio. I've since found many things missing that were on the original car: floor mats, rear speakers, even mirror on the passenger visor, are now all gone. Yes it's my fault not to verify every detail of the car again, but they wore me down and I believed them. Just stay away!!

Never again would I ever take my car there. They told me that I had to replace the engine because of lack of oil - Funny they did the oil change 3 mths before? So I left because they said it was my fault and no longer under warranty and 2 weeks later the dealer closed it's doors. Makes you think doesn't it. I took the car to a different place, they told me that the timing belt needs to be replaced. ??THAT??S IT? I ask. Why would the dealer tell me different and close shop two weeks later? That f*!kg DEALERSHIP is shadey

I went there to purchase a car, we all agreed to a price (salesman, manager, and myself), ready to close the deal, and gave the information to run the credit. I must admit, our salesman and manager were nice. But then the "boss" came out with another piece of paper with totally different numbers, increasing the price by $1500, he spread it out on all the different sections of charges so it was not noticeable if you didn't pay attention. I was shocked when I noticed it, the guy was trying to sell it stating there was no change in the price. When I asked why is he increasing the price that his salesman and manger agreed to; he replies, I am the "boss" and I can. I wasted 3 hours of my time there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME; DON"T GO THERE; HORRIBLE.

Before i went there it worked perfectly , they gave me the car back after having it 2 days and when i tried my air conditioner it did not work, so i took my car back to ask maybe they forgot to connect a hose or something and the service guy said we had nothing to do with that. Beware of taking your vehicle to this place, they tried to sell me services I did not need, did not rotate my tires which I paid to have done and demanded a refund. Oil cap was not screwed on tighlty so my engine almost ran into the ground, imaging driving on the 118 with black smoke pouring out of the engine bay. Never going back here.

I have my 30k service done, and the mechanics forgot to screw the oil pan back which caused my motor to seize on me while on the freeway, never going back here again.

The first service writer was insulting and they attempted to collect $150 for a leaking radiator on a car with a Gold Service warranty with a $0 deductible. This clown tells me that maybe a rat ate the tank and that won't be covered. I'm not certain what ghetto he's from but we do not have giant car eating rats in Granada Hills. When they made the repair, their service tech said the heater was not working because of the after market radio installed. Really since the "Special Edition" 2005 Sentra came with the upgraded factory installed sound system. I'm not certain where this idea was generated. BTW: the heater was working when the car went in for service. After Superior Nissan was done with their repairs, the CD mechanism on the radio stopped working. Is this a surprise? I took the car to another dealer for service with this issue.

If you can get on this dealer's mailing list, it will save you a ton of money on routine service for your Nissan. The best part about their service is that every service comes with a free car wash (you just have to wait a while for them to complete it). Shuttle service is provided, so you can take care of your errands in the mean time.
