It's part of my daily routine and I love it! In and out in 30 min. The diet program is great, too. The staff are super friendly and the place is clean!!!

Curves on San Fernando is Great
by T G.
I have been a member at this club, for 2 years now and I love the workout and the staff. It is a great way to get and stay in shape and it is quick! 30 minutes, 3 times a week, I'm done.I have lost 16 pounds, 23 inches and am now at my High school size & weight. I went from a size 14 to a 10 and I feel great!I am now on the Smart system and it has pushed me to achieve a higher level of fitness. I went from burning 360 calories per workout to 480! I am aiming for a size 6 (which I haven't been since I WAS, 6).The girls at this club are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, supportive and very upbeat. I always feel great when I am there.I recommend the workout & the club.Theresa G

Curves In Burbank on San Fernando
by Anonymous
I find the Curves in Burbank off of San Fernando to be one of the best. They are under new management since early 2007. Teri and the girls are awesome and motivating. It's a great location that meets my immediate and critical needs! Where else can you find convenient parking, do a 30 minute workout, and do grocery shopping or get your nails done afterwards. I encourage future Curve members to try this location out and guarantee that you'll love it and the staff!

There are two Curves in Burbank and I'd suggest going to the Alameda one before this one. San Fernando is really spacious, which is nice, but it's a low energy room and the staff is not the friendliest. They do have frequent prize give-aways, which is motivating ... but some of the early morning staff really turn me off from this place.
