They jack up the prices then lie about it

by Colin S.

Don't buy from Stevens Creek Nissan, it's a rip off. All the cars in the lot are marked up $2,000 plus another $750 for alarm systems. These systems are not optional, even though the sales people will be happy to lie and tell you they will disable the alarm and take the price off. They will also be happy to tell you and say they'll take off the $2,000 dealer markup fee.

Do NOT trust the sales people there. They are liars and con-artists. After lying to you, they'll be happy to play number games with you in order to hide the fact that they're ripping you off. Do yourself a favor and save yourself three thousand dollars. Buy a car from another dealership.

Absolutely Horrible Sales Rep

by jack z.

I went there for a test drive. The sales rep was pushy and unreasonable. I tried to bargain the price down from MSRP and the sales rep was forceful, unfriendly, and extremely rude. It was a very unpleasant experience. Avoid this dealer if possible.

Poor service!

by Bob K.

I took my 98 Frontier in for a "lube job" and was sadly disappointed at the result!
They didn't lube my aftermarket u-joints (after saying they would), overfilled the crankcase by over a quart (I had to have it drained down later at another place), didn't check the manual transmission or differential oil levels, and overinflated the tires.
I won't be going there again!

Ok place

by Shivakumar J. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,845

I bought my 1997 Nissan Sentra here and used to go here for all repairs. Once they forgot to put a lid for the oil compartment after an oil change, but when I went back to them, cleaned up the mess for me. They are not bad but could be ok. Services are a bit expensive and the quality is ok. Could be better. They have a 15 minute oil change for quick oil changes. I would rate them as a satisfactory place.

Stevens Creek Nissan is a ripoff

by BewareScammers

All cars at this dealership are marked up about $2,000 plus another $750 for a mandatory alarm system. I talked the alarm system down to $495 because I really didn't want the alarm. Well it turns out that was for ANOTHER alarm system. Yes, that's right. They sold me $750 and $495 car alams. All the people at this dealership are con artists. No one from the financial department returns any phone calls or messages. They refuse to speak to you in person.

Not only is the alarm system all messed up, but the car salesman said he would take off the two thousand dollar dealer markup fee. What a liar.

I've been trying to get a little money back by canceling my extended warranty and service contracts, but they refuse to do it. Every time I go to the dealership, they just refer me to another person who isn't working that day. This has been going on for over a week.

Seriously, this place isn't worth it. Save yourself a couple thousand dollars and go to another car dealership.

Pros: There are no pros

Cons: Price markup, lying salesman, unresponsibe financial department
