Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid and don't understand what someone is saying to me. Don't need to be talked to like a child.

Ratings_icons Miracle Appliance Parts is the best!

Michael W.

Fred is the best. I was referred to him by the appliance guy at Home Depot. I bought a used Kenmore refrigerator from a Craigslist ad. After going through all of the hassle to get the thing home, it wouldn't cool. I called Sears and they said that a service call was $70 and then parts and labor could be more. Also, they offered me the option of $251 for guaranteed repair including parts and service plus a one year transferrable warranty. That sounded pretty good. Then, I called Fred at Miracle just to see if I could fix it myself and save a few bucks. Fred asked me the model number and then told me how to remove the electrical component from the side of the refrigerator compressor. I brought it in and he brought out the replacement part for $50. He even showed me what went wrong with my part and told me why it went bad. I went home, installed the replacement part and I could tell the refrigerator was working better already. I threw in a case of bottled water just to test. Later, I had a case of cold bottled water. Fred, I do believe in Miracles!

Went there today to buy a motor for my dishwasher. Fred helped me more than I could immagine. I gave him my dishwasher model number and he had the part in stock. Because of his courteous service he has my buisiness from now on. Thanks Fred!

Fred is tops. For those of you who write negative reviews it seems as if you are the ones with a problem, not Fred. As honest and as good a person as there is out there!**********

Ratings_icons Miracle Appliance Parts is The BEST!

Pat P.

Fred is the best ever! He opened his business on a Sunday to get me a part that I could not possibly have found anywhere else, and refused to take money for it. It's his kind of dedication and kindness that really separates the big box stores from the small guys who still have that neighborly warmness.

I already recommend this place to anyone looking for appliance parts (there aren't many places left) and will continue to work with them in the future.

Ratings_icons Best Service & Prices Imaginable!!!

Rob L.

In addition to surprisingly reasonable prices, I always have an enjoyable retail experience. Fred always treats me better than anywhere I've been in years!

If you have a problem with an appliance and think you might want to try to fix it yourself, this is without a doubt the place to go. Fred is very familiar with many appliances, and how to make repairs. He has given me extremely valuable advice for replacing a variety of parts. Why buy new, when you can keep the old one going like new at a minor expense?

On top of all this, I compared prices the first few times, and Fred's prices are far below every other supplier! He's Da Man!

Ratings_icons Miracle Appliance Service is Awesome!

Bruce O.

Fred is the best I've ever seen. You must try him. He diagnosed my washing machine failure without seeing it when the technician who spent 30 minutes on the machine couldn't figure it out. If you can do the job your self he's the man to see.

Fred is amazing!! I have been dealing with him for years and I am a very satisfied customer. The only place to go in West valley and Ventura county. He has helped me fix my ice maker, dryer, washer, son's washer and many more repairs.
I highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Ratings_icons Wild and crazy kind of guy!!!

Richard C.

Fred is... well, if you like eccentric personalities, Fred is your man. High energy, quick mind, always gives better than he gets. I love this shop where you can see 20+ years of bins and boxes that may appear cluttered to the novice, however, Fred can find your part in seconds. If he does not have it, he can and will get it.This is not your normal appliance shop. Here you get expert advice on the part you need, is the bad one really bad?, can we fix it easier than buying a replacement?, here's how it works, here's how you install it, any questions of problems, call me back.If you want quick, knowledgeable, affordable service, go here. You may be disappointed at having a broken washer etc., but don't bring your attitude. Just show up with a willingness to learn from a really cool guy and you will get what you need.

Ratings_icons An Invaluable Resource

Rick N.

I'm a local factory service tech for a major appliance manufacturer. While repairing a customer's dishwasher in the area, I accidentally broke a small plastic clip (that holds down the lower spray arm). Not an expensive part, but rendered the machine inoperable none the less. The part was on back-order from MY company, and my customer was in need of her dishwasher that weekend for her daughter's wedding. That's when I came across Fred at Miracle. He had the part, charged less than what I could get it for, and saved the day. That was about 2 years ago, and I've been using him and HIGHLY recommending him ever since.

Ratings_icons Thanks but no thanks.

This guy had a lot of parts, but didn't have mine. Offered to special order the part but said that if it was the wrong part, I could not get my money back. I can't wait that long. He's rude any way. This had trouble written all over it.

Ratings_icons Doesn't look like much, but has good stock and helps a lot

Jim L.

Kind of place you want to take the broken part to, because he'll figure out what you need to replace it, or fix it. I wouldn't call them on the phone, it's not a "mfr parts depot" kind of place where you give them a part number and they check stock. More like, "I need this mushroom shaped doohickey on the side of the dishwasher pump here." He goes back in amongst the sagging shelves piled to the ceiling and comes back with the part that fits. It's also not fast in and out.. plan to spend a good 15 minutes hanging around.

Ratings_icons Horrible phone skills

Robert D.

I called for a part, the man was very short with me. Put me on hold twice, was talking to me and others (assuming customers). I wasn't going to go but I needed a part so I went. I walked righ in and walked right out. This place looks more like a junk yard. Not quite inspiring. I decided not to take my chances.

Ratings_icons Buyer's Beware

Oscar C.

Buyers beware! This business will sell you parts that don't work and then hide behind their NO RETURNS policy. You will not get helped here. They guy there is somewhat helpful to customers before purchasing, then once he has your money, you are no longer a customer. The guy there is really, really rude too. Ask to many questions and you'll get put on hold or be told to call back so he can serve his other customers. Wait! But aren't you a customer too???Don't say you weren't warned!

Are you a do it yourselfer, and do you like to fix your own appliances? This is a one-of-a-kind find, where they either stock or can order parts for any kind of home appliance. I've used them for dozens of jobs to fix my home appliances (stoves, refrigerators, etc.), where I avoided having to shell out hundreds of dollars for lousy repairmen who wouldn't know how to fix things. This place seems to be able to find parts for anything.
