Red Carpet Car Wash

I've been to this place twice. Got a crappy job done the first time but was willing to write it off as a product of a hot & busy day. I went back today and after again getting the shaft, complained to the manager. Apparently when you pay $18.99 for a "Superior Wash" you only get an exterior wash, the windows cleaned and your dash wiped. THAT'S IT. No wiping of any other surface - that includes your doors, console, seats - NOTHING!!! This place is a total RIP OFF. Waste your money elsewhere.

i went there and it was the WORST car wash ever. they just smeared the dirt around on my car... i was debating calling the INS and shutting the place down.

I took my car in for the first time and got a 'full service' car wash. The outside was OK except for a little bird poop, which the guy got off for me after I pointed it out.The inside was really bad. I noticed right away and drove through the vacuum bay again. I personally took the hose and did the console. I went on my way.Later, I looked in the back, and the back seat looked like it had not been touched. There was grass all over it.This was a huge disappointment.I called to complain to the manager, 'Rick', who was rude and would not listen to what I had to say.I will NEVER go back there if I live to be 100.

PROS: Nice atmosphere, outside of car looked pretty good
CONS: lousy service, horrible customer care, rude manager, not worth it.

I usually wash my car by hand, but didn't this one time because I had so much other stuff to do. On the word of a friend, I went to Red Carpet. I went on a Thursday morning and was surprised to find the price lower than expected. It's a nice place inside with free coffee if you want it.

I got the interior vacuum, wash, and interior wipe-down package. Everything went as expected on the wash part, and the total job went pretty quickly. I did notice that the guy who dried the car and wiped down the interior seemed to be using one towel for the entire job. He even dried the undercarriage which was nice, but then he used the same towel on my paint and IN THE INTERIOR of my car. The interior wasn't all that clean when he got done, but he did manage to leave scratches in my window tinting. I would have preferred that he didn't wipe down the inside at all...

PROS: cheap
CONS: half-a$$ed job on the hand work

I enjoy this car wash due to the "express" wash they offer. It is only $5 on the weekdays. Also, my company has a discount through them so I get $5 off any other car wash they offer. Usually it's over $10, but it is a great deal. If you work for a large corporation in the area, it couldn't hurt to find out if Red Carpet accepts the discount. You can't beat the express wash though, it's literally in and out. Very fast service, and very friendly.

This is my regular car washing place. It has someone on site all the time and they keep it clean and well maintained. It also has an automated wash and detailing service available for an extra cost.

PROS: clean, well maintained
CONS: extremely busy on summer weekends

I brought my car in to have it washed and a hand wax applied. I watched my car go through the entire wash but never saw wax applied. It took a total of 4 minutes to go through the entire wash and if wax was applied by hand I would like to know when in that 4 minutes was it done. They wiped the car down after but there was no wax applied then either. I confronted them about it and was told it was done because it was in a certain line but it is easy to pull a car in a certain line and say it is done. I was treated poorly when I asked them about it. The proper thing would have been for them to offer to put it through again but they did not even offer. There is a saying the customer is always right but their philosophy is to just tell you to kiss off. I will never bring my car there again and I suggest no one give them there business either. I have had a better wash from places that don't cost half as much. All and all I had a very poor experience with there customer relations and did not get the service I had paid for.

PROS: There are none.
CONS: Getting ripped off.

Red Carpet cleaning lives up to its name. Pull your car up to the spot and be treated like a celebrity walking down the red carpet. It's reallly cheap and really fast. Dent removal available too!

Red Carpet Car Wash, is in my opinion, the best and really only place you should get your car washed. The prices are a bit more than some other places, but that is only because they do much more work on your cars than other places do. They are open from sun up to sun down and are constantly working on cars. They have an automated wash combined with hand washing, and the post-wash work is always done with care and precise care. Inside they have lots of goodies for you car, from cup holders to air fresheners and even some drinks and snacks for the driver. They also have a detailing and dent removal center that is far above the competitors. Located on the corner of Sepulveda and Marine, right across from the Manhattan Village Mall. Check them out and bring your car here next time you need a wash, you'll never go anywhere else.

When I used to live in RB, I'd take my car to be washed there. The lot was usually filled with Porsche's, Mercedes, BMW's, and other expensive vehicles. The prices aren't exactly "bargain basement", but I never had complaints about the service.

I hadmy dents removed by them. The price was expensive, but I was able to barter down the price. The results made me wish that I'd gotten the work done earlier.

Good car wash and detailer on the corner of Sepulveda and Marine. From the photos on the wall, it looks like Tiger Woods is a frequent customer.
