Bike Peddler

We have had nothing but excellent service from this bike store for more than 10 years. They have a great selection of different types of bikes for all ages, plus reasonably priced accessories. My husband is a long-time road cyclist, so he knows what to expect from a good bike shop. We have bought several bikes from them, for adults and kids, and they always stand behind their products and their work. When I was having trouble riding my bike this summer because of a weightlifting injury to my shoulder, one of the mechanics worked with me for more than 30 minutes problem-solving how to make my bike more comfortable. We ended up with a $200 option and a $15 option, and he was very happy for me to go with the lower cost option; whatever was going to help me be enjoy my bike.

I rate this company a ZERO. I received horrible services. Do not use this company at all for purchase or maintenance of your bike. I am very disappointed. Warning!

I love this bike shop. The service is great and the employees are extremely helpful. They definitely helped me find a great bike when I was shopping for my mountain bike. They are also really good with tune-ups. They really know what they are doing.

I went to the Bike Peddler in 2003 to find a new bicycle for commuting to work. When I explained what it was for and the kind of bike I wanted (namely, one that wouldn't hurt my back with a constant curled-over posture like my old bike), the man who helped me offered me several different bikes. I found the one I wanted and they let me ride it around the little street it's located on. I liked it and came back to purchase, but he suggested I try a different bike as well, to compare. (I should note that this second bike had a lower price than the first.) I ended up purchasing the first bicycle and it has worked well ever since. I have since been back to the store for maintenance and peripherals, and I have always encountered the same attitude from all their staff. They are knowledgeable if you ask them questions, but they don't hover around you or try to push you to make a purchase. Certainly recommended.
