some of us prefer cash??
I was told the person on my phone with me could put her phone on hold for as long as she wishes rather than remove her and there would be no charge for those months LIE LIE LIE now we have excess charges for a phone that was not used

I dont like the people especially the commissioned sales staff they lie and have ripped me off.and the poor service.
1The 368 S Lake avenue store is the worst Verizon Wireless store I have ever been in. I live across the street and will go anywhere but here. Awful!!
1I've never been in and out of this Verizon store in under an hour. The service is SO SLOW, and it is always crowded. It is always a frustrating experience especially since the staff is in no hurry to get to you. On the plus side, it is a big store that carries all the available Verizon phones.

I went into this Verizon store because my current cell carrier is Verizon Wireless. I was expecting very excited that they opened up a Verizon store so close by. I went in and asked them about some problems I was having with my service. They responded by telling me they only sell things at that store, they do not offer customer service - are you kidding me!!! what a joke, why would you have a store front and not offer customer service. This place will be out of business in no time in my opinion.

Do these guys iron their shirts too much? Maybe their ties are too tight because I have never met a more uptight group of guys. None of them smile. They are rude and have no customer service. They never have the phone Im looking for in stock and dont bother telling me until half way through my transaction.

Then you have one person help you with the phone and then get to stand in yet another line so you can pay a third person. The people working there are rude, they often refer you to their phone customer service and in general will not help you figure out the best plan for you. To make matters worse there are no chairs and no restrooms.
