This store offers anything you could poissiby want if you are into running. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a running club even. If you want to find out information about running this is the place to go.

My brother in law (who is a marathon runner) recommended this store. I went there to get my running shoes and was greeted by a salesperson that looked like a runner. After talking to the guy I found out that all the staff there are runners and they know what they are talking about. He found the right shoe for me after analyzing how I run. The shoes fit incredibly well!

PROS: Knowledgeable staff, great selection, great location

This shop is really geared towards high-end running/athletic gear and accessories, so prices are higher than average. But, they have a great assortment. And, they have lots of competition sports gear/clothing/accessories.

PROS: Great quality
CONS: Hard access (inside mall area)

Snails Pace is a great place to get your running gear including shoes. The people there are pleasant and very knowledgeable. They are experienced runners themselves. They let you test 20 different pairs of shoes until you find the right one. Don't forget to bring your old pair so they can help you find the right type.

Like their Brea and Fountain Velly counterparts, the folks at Snails Pace in Pasadena know running. More importantly, they know running apparel, accessories and shoes. I am an experienced runner who finally decided to wear a camel-pack for longer runs. I wasn't sure anything "looked right" to me, and I walked into the store with doubt. Without hesitation, the employee offered to let me jog around with different units, to get a feel for how the modified fanny packs would wear. The employee also gave me a tip that a Gatorade bottle would fit into the pack perfectly...dissuading me from spending money on a special bottle at his store. WHAT? No pressure to buy...you've sold me.

Snails Pace has a great colllection of running shoes for all types of feet, mileage, and surfaces. They've got great clothing, and employees who know their products. Its worth the few extra bucks you appear to spending; trust me, you will save in the long run.
