Customer Service Training Needed  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

This pharmacy consistently ignores my requests to discontinue delivery of over-the-counter medications for an ill relative. They've billed my family for the meds and despite numerous phone calls, can't seem to get it straight. In addition, a very mean-spirited and ill-tempered woman named Lilly called our home to claim that our bill had not been paid when indeed it had. She even lied to our caregiver by saying that her phone calls had not been returned (they had) and that someone needed to call her immediately as it was urgent. She/they had made a mistake in billing us. During the conversation, she was nasty and never once apologized for the mistake or her rudeness. She hasn't a clue as to what customer service is.

****EVERYONE MUST READ*****  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

THIS PHARMACY IS NOT ANY ORDINARY PHARMACY.THE WORKERS ARE NICE AND HELPFUL.BUT NOT ALL OF THEM.MANAGEMENT SUCKS.ALL OF THEM.ESPECIALLY THIS ONE WOMAN NAMED BARBARA.SHES A TWO FACED PREJUDICE PERSON THATS STEALING FROM HER OWN COMPANY. THE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS PHARMACY ARE CHINESE.THEY ONLY HIRE CHINESE AND FILIPINO FEMALES.THEY WILL NOT HIRE MEN BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT MEN CANT SIMPLY BE TRUSTED.THEY HIRE FILIPINOS BECAUSE THEY ARE HARD WORKERS AND THEY HIRE THEIR OWN KIND SIMPLY FOR FAVORITISM.THEY PAY THEIR CHINESE EMPLOYEES WAY MORE THAN FILIPINOS AND THEY HIRE ANYONE EVEN IF THAT PERSON DOES NOT HAVE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN LISENCE. MANAGEMENT STEALS MEDICATION AND KEEP IT OR THEMSELVES.THEY GO INTO PATIENTS PROFILES EACH DAY AND BILL THEIR INSURANCES FOR EXPENSIVE MEDICATION EVEN THOUGH THE PATIENT DOES NOT COME IN AND REFILL IT.I KNOW BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BILLING MY INSURANCE FOR MEDICATIONS IVE NEVER PICKED UP BEFORE.A LOT OF THE PHARMACIES MEDICATIONS ARE EXPIRED AND MANAGEMENT STILL GIVES IT TO THE PATIENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO GET NEW MEDICATIONS. SO MANY TIAMES THEYVE FILLED THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND YET THEYRE STILL OPEN.UNBELIEVABLE....

Convenient But Not So Great  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

I agree on the convenience of this pharmacy. It's easy to get to, no long waits. The staff in general is pleasant and helpful. The person who appears to be the owner or manager, on the other hand, is surly and arrogant. On several occasions, she insisted she hadn't received faxed prescriptions that I'd watched my doctor send there. On other occasion, I arrived post surgery to pick up prescriptions and being a little confused and in pain, accidentally locked my purse in my car. I was holding the prescriptions in my hand so had those, but couldn't pay and my cell phone was in my purse. I asked her if I couuld use their phone to call AAA to unlock my car and she refused. She knows me--I pick up prescriptions there regularly. She just refused. Fortunately, she left the main area and another employee silently handed me the phone. I'll keep using them because of the convenience but someone needs to help this woman understand what customer service is all about.

PMC  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

This is a small pharmacy but is well equipped to serve the patients that come to Campus Dr. Medical building. Unless you are patient here where it's more convenient to pick up your meds in the same building as your dr. I would not recommend coming here. The staff is good and they do try their best to be helpful.
