Pasadena Picture Framing

Richard is gooood! I've been using him for about 5 years to frame my photographs. He has an amazing ability to choose just the right mat and frame to bring out the beauty in the image. My pictures look twice as good when he gets done with them. Add to that top quality craftsmanship and decent prices.

Don't let the small boutique feel deceives you, this shop is world class. They have a fantastic range of frames and the owner is a master at matching the artwork with the wood frame. I have been collecting artwork for decades and I wish I had discovered Pasadena Picture Framing years ago.

My recent experience at Pasadena picture framing left me dismayedat best....The man who is the owner was supposed to meet meat 1pm and did not show up until almost 4pm...He left a note onthe door saying he would be right back however i was left waitingfor hours...What a waste of time.dismayed Kate

I came here after Aaron Brothers quoted me a price for matting that was double what Richart here at Pasadena Picture Framing quoted, and they didn't even have the right color. He had everything I needed, did a great job and even threw in some extra work at no charge just to be nice! A fantastic small business to support.

He does a great job, pretty quickly, and is very helpful in picking out the right matting and framing material. On top of all that, his prices are very reasonable.

I would definitely use him again.

I recently acquired an original painting on bamboo paper that was so magnificent it just had to have the most gorgeous frame to highlight and showcase it's beauty, while protecting it from the elements.

I went to damn near every framing shop in Pasadena until I found Pasadena Picture Framing. Their work was amazing. I found out from the wife of the framer that he has been framing art since he was a child, apprenticing under his father. The work was indeed, beautiful. Exactly what I'd hoped for and flawlessly done-- but! What's amazing is that other places were quoting me prices like $700-950 for the exact same thing they did for me a Pasadena Picture Framing for $275!!!

I simply could not offer a higher recommendation.

PROS: everything!
CONS: nothing!
