Great jewelry, but...  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

Robbins Bros. features some of the most beautiful sought-after jewelry I have seen, but it is very overpriced. It doesn't create a very pleasurable engagement ring buying experience when they pressure the guy to buy the ring when the girl is standing right there! I wouldn't recommend Robbins Bros for this factor alone.

excellent customer service and product 5 Star Rating - World class

I found Robbins Bros to a place full of friendly individuals who care about their customers and have really impressive diamond knowledge. The store is absolutely beautiful and all of their diamonds there are gorgeous. I heard that the sales associates even help plan proposals and walk you through the whole process--everything from choosing a ring and a custom diamond to fit, all the way up until the moment you propose--I would recommend this place to anyone!
