I recently moved to the High Desert and was very pleased to find out the oil changes are $10 cheaper that I had been paying at the Toyota dealership in L.A. Plus...it took them only 45 minutes to complete the oil change without an appointment rather than the standard 2 hours I used to wait for the work to be done in L.A. (and that was with an appointment). And Valley-Hi Toyota still offers free donuts in the morning! The only thing they didn't offer was a complimentary car wash like the other dealership.

I went in to valley hi toyota and was in and out in a brand new corolla in a heart beat! I needed a car fast and they were quick to get me in and very helpful throughout the entire process. I was treated fairly and got a knockout deal. They were flexible to my needs and very friendly which made all of the hassels of car buying so much more bearable. Almost a 5 star for me... enjoyed their friendly atmosphere and the selection on used vehicles. Bring lots of time, patience, and snacks. Would appreciate a little more customer service from some sales managers. The one I got on day 2 of visit worked with us really well.

David Carpenter, in the service department, took great care of me and I was treated with prompt and competent service with my vehicle. I am the tyoe of person that is very careful about my automobile inside and out. I must say that the technicians and staff at Valley-Hi are not only very careful and meticulous, but treat my precious vehicle with extreme respect. I will definitely continue to use Valley-Hi for all of my service needs for BOTH of my Toyota vehicles. They are really the best!

Customer service i excellent here. The first time ive been to a car dealership that i didnt have to duck and dodge my way into the service department or try to get anyones attention in the service department bay. Someone quickly greeted me and took my car away. Great Service!!

I went with my brother to look at used cars. He was in the market for an economy car because of the gas prices. He explained his situation to the sales people before he even went to look at cars and they said they could help him. First they put him in a nissan then when he went in to sign papers all of a sudden it was out of his price range but they said we will put you in a chevy trailblazer(not economy car) for the same deal they were going to work for the nissan. He agreed but after sitting around for 2 hours while they talked to the bank they said they need 2,000 more dollars. This was out of the question so we left. Then as we are driving home the sales man calls him and tells him to borrow the money from me because he worked hard to get him this deal and he needs it to go through. When my brother tells him that this is not an option he starts using scare tactics telling my brother nobodys going to help you but me and your never going to get a car. I was very upset and called a manager but when I explained the incident they actually defended that sales man. Their service is horrible and their customer service is even worse.
