I highly recommend this school for your kids. Its small school and the teachers pay personal attention to all Kids. My child learning so much and has so many friends. All kids are so well mannered here.

The director is a very reasonable person. Every time Ive seen a parent have a suggestion, she makes a note of it. Suggestions which are feasible are implemented very fast. But I love the gesture of my suggestions getting noted. It gives a feeling of being heard, like theyre saying Yes, we are listening.

They give personal attention to every child and seem to understand my daughters strengths and weaknesses as much as I do. The new director is great. We really love it here.

Reading one of these previous posts, I have to wonder if the person is talking about a different school from the Pasadena Montessori School I know. The Director is a dedicated Montessorian, and her co-teacher is just outstanding. The classroom is very inviting, well-organized, and cheerful. My experience as a parent has been 100% positive. The curriculum is doing wonders for the children in our school!

As a former Teachers Aide of Pasadena Montessori and a mother n I have concerns about this school that I want to inform parents who are thinking of placing their child here. Teachers were always being switched without letting parents know ahead of time, which caused alot of confusion for the kids, the head teachers in my opinion were ot as qualified as I would expect them to be. Whats worst they are not careful at all of who they are hiring. I was hired on the spot without any interview. The director didnt ask me about my experience or background having to do with kids. Please I urge you to think twice about this school.

In 2005 my son started here and we were happy, but in the last few months we have seen high teacher turnover, no communication to the parents as to who the new teachers are, the afterschool period is disorganized and almost seems like they have a couple of local teens come in to babysit. Its cheap compared to others and if you stay on top of things it may be okay, but I would check out other options.
