This is by far one of the best or the best vietnamese rice plate restuarants in san jose. The price is very reasonable considering that you get a fairly large portion and not to mention, it is very very good. The only reason why this is only getting 4 stars is because the restaurants tend to be on the dirtier side. besides that, it is very good.
