Both my husband and I absolutely LOVE Chili's! Their service is super, their food is great! We are regular's at Chili on El Camino...I highly recommend their Explosion Quisedilla Salad and our all time favorite Country fried steak!

Good Food Good People

I absolutely love Chili's. We have a pre-game ritual (softball that is) to hit up chili's for drinks & most of the time we end up @ chili's after our games for dinner. I love everything on the menu from appetizers to desserts. It may take a while to get a table so the Bar is your best bet for a fast seat (first come first serve). The menu has a wide range of things to choose from & they also have HAPPY HOUR! there are several restaurants w/in 5 mins of chili's but the service & food isn't as good. They even have take out!!!

I Refuse to go to Chilis!

I have not been to Chilis for years because of the horrible vegetarian selection and clueless service. I was lied to by the waiter when I asked if something was vegetarian (I realized it wasn't when I found a chunk of bacon in my food). My meat eating friends love it, but I trust Chilis as much as McDonalds!

CONS: not good for vegetarians

Food's good...but not always worth the wait...

You never go here when you don't want to wait. The food is usually good, and served hot and fast. The staff is friendly and willing to help. If it wasn't for the wait, probably would be much higher stars in overall rating.

PROS: Ample parking...
CONS: not enough tables.

It's a chain... But a good chain

Unlike some other chain restaurants (like TGI Friday's and Applebees), I've consistently found Chili's to be a good place to eat, and the one in San Bruno is no exception. The place is usually crowded, and that strains their parking lot, but in the evenings, you can usually get away with overflowing into a nearby corporate parking lot...

The staff is usually quite attentive and friendly, and the food is pretty consistently good. I don't have a favorite there, it's always a big question as to what I'll order... if I had an absolute favorite dish, I might give it an extra star. It's all good, though, but nothing strikes me as extraordinary.

PROS: Good variety of dishes
CONS: Can get busy, crowded, loud...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They were so mean!! THEY TREATED MY COUSINS AND I LIKE WE WERE NOTHING. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. RUDE WAITRESS YELLED AT US FOR NO REASON WHEN WE ASKED POLITELY FOR NAPKINS. THEY MOVED US AND DID NOT BRING US OUR FOOD UNTIL THEY FOUND OUR TABLE. I WANTED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO BLAMED US FOR MOVING AND MADE ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS INTO ONE THAT I HATE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO CUSTOMER DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. EVER.

REALLY SAD.

Pros: good ribs

Cons: horrible service and management
