Frankly the food was below standard, mediocrity would be a better way to describe it- I was served farm raised salmon passed as wild caught, texture was plain, tasteless, too long in the freezer, and way too over price for the quality, service was OK, but a bite patronizing
I ate at Houstons few years back, I would admit the food was quality Superieur du bon Qualit compare to the service today - quality and service has gone down the tube- surprisingly the attire of the clientele ( bleu color /working class )
In short Houston was NOT UP to PAR.
