Houston's Restaurant

i have never been more satisfied with my dinner in my life!!! it was great in every way , each bite was perfection. The service was great also, i would go back any day. It has a nice dark lighting which makes it very intimate if you go as a couple. Make a reservation because it is always full.

Frankly the food was below standard, mediocrity would be a better way to describe it- I was served farm raised salmon passed as wild caught, texture was plain, tasteless, too long in the freezer, and way too over price for the quality, service was OK, but a bite patronizing
I ate at Houstons few years back, I would admit the food was quality Superieur du bon Qualit compare to the service today - quality and service has gone down the tube- surprisingly the attire of the clientele ( bleu color /working class )

In short Houston was NOT UP to PAR.

The service is great and is quick. Outside it has a garden where you can sit and wait. You need to make reservations first. The food is really good, it is mostly known for their famous ribs and their hamburgers are great. Also, try the home smoked Salmon or something like that...it's really good.

This was a treat. The food was good and the service was amazing. Having worked as a server before I am usually sympathetic to servers. When you were done with a dish its gone when you need a refill its there. They told us which food was the best and I loved the ambiance.

I went here with my roomate and two of my guy friends, who happen to be brothers, and their mother and sister who were visiting from out of town. Their mother was raving about this place. She said we had to try their ribs. I was a little nervous since i dont usually like ribs. However, it was amazing! My roomate and i split the ribs dinner and we were both full! (i totally recomment it, if you go there, you must have the ribs!) complemented with a cosmo (or two! haha) while we waited, it was a fun and satisfying meal! it was a great atmosphere for a fun dinner and the service was excellent! There is a guy that drives a golf card thing to take you to your car, and if the wait is really long, you can walk along colorado blvd to pass the time.

The food at Houstons is something I think about often. I can still taste the ceaser salad I had on my last visit. If this place wasn't as expensive I would eat there all the time. The service is awesome but the food is unbelieveable!

PROS: EXCELLENT Food!!!!!
CONS: prices a little steep

If you like grilled meat, this is the place to go, but it is also surprisingly friendly for vegetarians - their veggie burger is very good. The fish is good here too.

Houston's is also known for their good service - I've always been treated well here.

Houstons is a great place for steaks, fish, and other foods. Prices are typical for a nice restaurant but the food is fantastic. I recommend the fries as a side! They take reservations. The only problem that I have with this location is that it is small so waiting could take you a long time.

The food and atmosphere make up for the long wait. Lots to choose from on the menu with some killer salads.

Houston's is fine dining with a casual feel. It's a great place to eat when you're in the mood for red meat. The service is great, it's a little spendy, but the portions are huge and the food is very delicious. Parking can be a challenge especially at lunch time. It seems like all their parking spots are for compacts.

An awesome place to grab a bite to eat. I really enjoy their hamburger - I know, a $13 hamburger...but its worth it! They have great beef - I enjoy the filet minion. They potatoes (baked and fried) are awesome. A mellow place to sit and enjoy a nicemeal.

Exorbitant prices and a long wait are what you face when you go to Houstons. The decor is so dark that it's nearly impossible to see who you're dining with. This can be a plus in certain circumstances.
