Abbey and her staff have been delightful to work with. She incorporated virtually all of our requests into a lovely second story addition floor plan and included many thoughtful details that we never even thought of. I have already recommended her to several friends and intend to continue our working relationship throughout construction and plans next year for a complete kitchen remodel. Synthesis has been terrific. Abeer Sweiss and her staff (Georgeanna, Donna and Jacqueline) have more than helped me remodel and re-decorate my house; they have preserved my sanity throughout the process. I have found them to be talented, conscientious and thoroughly professional. They are great at listening and then following through. They pay close attention to detail and have consistently protected my interests with respect to third parties such as carpenters and window covering installers. Throughout it all, they have respected my budget and their fees have been fair and clearly itemized.

To Whom It May Concern,
After interviewing ten Los Angeles firms I hired Synthesis to produce the architectural documents necessary for TSNY to gain permitting for an early 2008 installation on the Santa Monica Pier. Because I was managing a large construction project in NYC, it was imperative that whomever I hired for the Santa Monica work be capable and fully engaged.
This project had the added difficulty of being high profile. Defining for the building department and city government agencies the exact nature of a trapeze school?s operations is no small challenge, making it palatable for public use is a vastly more challenging task. Abeer was not only timely and expert in her execution and presentation of documents; she went the extra mile and became first the liaison and then ambassador for the project.
The team at Synthesis made achieving our goals so manageable in fact, it was a no brainer to award them the turnkey management, permitting, oversight, design of key structural elements and the full scope of general contracting for the school?s installation.
Under Abeer?s direction, we successfully completed permitting in record time. Having addressed our many challenges with her calm, experienced and friendly approach I am pleased to recommend Abeer and her team. They have set the standard for future hires by outdoing our expectations.
