We signed a contract with Troy Azulay for a 43,000 addition project, it will be one year in a month and it is not finished. This is the worst experience I ever had with a human being. The next step is court. My husband and I wanted to give him a chance, but he ripped us off. I'm very sorry to have given our money to a crook. My husband an I are not rich. Well, Do you think I will recommend him?
