Souplantation is a very healthy restaurant. It has a great salad bar with a whole lot of ingredients that you can put, pizza, all kinds of soups, and deserts.

This soup and salad bar had a good variety of food ranging from different soups to different salads as well as pastas and the like. Overall a good place to eat out just by yourself or with a group.

If you're looking to eat healthy while you're shopping at the Del Amo mall, this is the place. All kinds of soups and salads are available. I like the Won Ton Madness, Mushroom Mondays, the chicken noodle soup and the brownies.

Not sure what you want? This is your place. Huge salad bar, and plenty of extras, pastas, pizza, potatoe, soups, deserts for just a few. Good place if you have a huge appetite.
