After reading all the great reviews I finally decided to make an appt. I asked for a deep tissue massage and to focus on my shoulder and back, which are very tight from working behind a computer all day. Everything was great until the last two minutes where my masseuse Tang starts telling me that working on the back the whole time is boring, and that she prefers to give a whole body massage. And that my body is not balanced if I only focus on one area. Their website even states "it is possible to spend entire session on one area." The whole point of this massage was because my back was hurting. What a disappointing end to a good massage. The last thing I want is for my masseuse to complain to me once I'm totally relaxed.

I'm so happy I found this amazing massage place within walking distance to my home! It's amazingly affordable, just $45 for a 60 minute massage. They do deep tissue and pregnancy massages as well! They also offer package deals as well as 90 minute massages. I've tried 3 different people and they've all been excellent!

I was MOST pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massage and the cleanliness. Everyone was friendly and the masseuse was TERRIFIC. They were on time and I had a wonderful experience. I have been back since and plan to go more!

I really enjoyed my massage. I've been to see many of the therapists and each one is great. I like the combo best. The enviroment is very relaxing and spa like and the prices are unbeatable. I have never been somwehre before with such a great quality and enviroment at such a reasonable price. It's my favorite spot.

I went in to have a massage and i got a lady named Jackie, for deep tissue. it is not often that i find a good deep tissue masseuse most people hurt me and over work some arias. Jackie was great. as far as the place, very relaxing and decor is great. easy to get an appointment. and best of all, prices are great.

I'm new to LA and have recently been experiencing pain in my knee/IT Band/hip/hamstring area due to running (along w/ other activities). My yoga instructor suggested I find a good massage therapist in town to work on the problem for me, so I went to citysearch and found Century West. The reviews were very positive so I called and made an appt for 2 days later. I now join the club of believers who thoroughly enjoyed their massages! This place is incredible! I am still in disbelief that the quality of work is so high (and very professional) and the price is so low!

Jackie was my therapist and I have to admit, I was skeptical upon meeting this tiny young woman. I didn't think she had it in her to provide the pressure and intensity I needed in my quads but WHOA - she sure proved my doubting mind wrong! She worked me over! I would highly, highly recommend her to any and all. In fact, my mother is coming to visit in a couple weeks and I'm making appts for us both to see Jackie b/c my mother is also a runner and has had some sciatica issues for nearly a year now. Anyway, this is an insane "buy" - highly recommended and ask for Jackie!

My first massage experience at this place was asolutely fantabulous!!! I was in great need of some tlc for my body felt as if someone had rammed it up against a brick wall. My masseuse did an excellent job of listening to my needs and took great care in making sure that she paid attention to the areas that I was having problems with. It is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have told all of my family and friends about this lovely oasis on the westside of town at an affordable price.

I went here because of a good friend's rccomendation and I was so glad that I did. The staff was really nice and the massage was just what I needed. I have a lot of knots and was really looking for a way to relieve the tension. Pelita did an awesome job in making sure that my whole body felt lighter by the time I left. I'll be coming back for more sessions here for sure.

I get massages all the time. I have been to over 10 different places in LA ranging anywere from 45 to 125 for a massage. This is by far the best massage. The place is very clean and the massuese are great! They know exactly where to go to get rid of all the knots and tension in your body. I received a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! The pressure was exactly how I wanted and the price is unbelievable! It's as if they are giving away massages! Highly Recommended.

I had been here 3 times already. I took my mother and my aunt here for Mother's Day. They absolutely loved their massages. Tang and Polita were very nice, professional, and gave GREAT massages. You truly get your money's worth! Will visit again.

Terrific find on Westwood Boulevard. Very professional, clean and wonderful masseuses. Both my husband and I use them frequently. Extremely relaxing environment and very friendly and helpful staff. One day I woke up with a terrible back spasm, I called and got an appointment immediately with Jackie. She was great and the spasm is nearly gone. I love them!

I definitely loved my facial, even though it was only my second time. I did not feel pressured to buy any products, although I had a better idea of what my skin needed. I loved the lady who did my facial! The massage was also great as well. You can get a little bit deeper of a massage for just $5. The massage and facial special was amazing for just $99. Staff was all very friendly. I am definitely going back!

You have to try this little jewel of Westwood Blvd at LaGrange. The office is immaculate clean and the staff is well trained. The massage staff is very dedicated and cooperative. The clients are low key and high class. Enjoy Dr. Fox the chiropractor as well.

I recently went here for the first time after pulling a muscle in my neck. I had been in pain for DAYS!

The massage was FABULOUS and I walked out feeling MUCH better.

The rooms are very Zen-like and relaxing. I absolutely loved my masseuse. She was amazing, and was truly attentive to my needs and requests.

I was NOT disappointed after a friend recommended them to me.

I will certainly be visiting as often as possible.

This place was such a pleasant surprise. It's like a little oasis in the middle of Westwood Boulevard. The massage was amazing, and only $65 for 80 minutes ($45 for 50). The atmosphere was really nice, calming and relaxing. And they have a shower in back which is such an added bonus so you don't have to go home all oily. I will definitely be going back.

I have visited several times started with a chiropractor evaluation. Then I tried the deep tissue massage with three different massage therapists. All of them are very professional with great massage techniques. It was not just relaxing, but also healing. My neck and shoulder pain was gone for at least 3 weeks after each therapy (well, it comes back afterwards due to prolonged work at desk!). I just need to find more time to go more often.
The interior decoration of the massage room is good and relaxing. There is no fancy decor outside at the reception though but it is professionally presented. At the end of the day, a good massage is what that counts!

We live in the neighborhood & its great to be able to walk around the corner into a serene getaway. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the treatment rooms are beautiful, clean & relaxing. Front desk is very helpful & nice. Many services are offered at great prices.

I've been going here for a massage every month or two for the last 3 years. It's so easy to get in during the week, I can usually call only a couple hours in advance (I hope all this press doesn't change that!). I've had a few different therapists, and they are all great. They'll work our your trouble spots, adjust the pressure, just let them know what you need. Every neighborhood needs a Century West - it's just like getting an expensive massage at a resort, without the expense!

Love love love CWMS! I've been a patient there for chiropractic services as well as for deep tissue/swedish & cranial/sacral massages. On first appearances, the place doesn't look like much from the outside, but looks are deceiving. Once you're in on of their massage rooms, it's lovely, quiet and comfortable. The price is a bargain and the massage therapists are really in tune with applying the right pressure. I walk in all twisted up and walk out of there feeling like a noodle every time!

This is the best massage place that I have found on the west side. Not only is the staff friendly, helpful and talented but the prices can't be beat. I have recommended a bunch of friends and coworkers here and they all love it. Definitely worth a visit!

My therapist is great. I followed her from another location to where she is at now. For the price, the massage can't be beat. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get a good massage this is it! The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because at times during the massage I could hear people talking outside of the room (it is in a chiropractic office). However, it wasn't bad. I think limiting the noise is the only thing I could complain about. Overall, this place is great.

Heard good things about this place so had to check it out for myself. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. The lady who did my 80 minute massage was great (I think her name is Christina). I like a firm, but relaxing massage and she was perfect! She often asked if the pressure was okay, and I appreciated the confirmation. I had the room in the back, which was very well decorated with a homey, relaxing feel. And it was quiet, which is a must for me. This location is walking distance from my house and will soon be my second home!

The masseuses at Century West are fantastic! I'd often seen the banner proclaiming "$45 for a one hour massage" but assumed it was some kind of bait-and-switch ploy with the actual cost twice that amount. But once I overcame my skepticism and tried Century West, I was hooked! In less than a year I'm on my second package of 10 massages and see myself buying packages far into the future.

After a massage from Jenny, Tegan, Tang, Kryztina or Grace (I've tried all of Century West's therapists), I'm so relaxed I float out of the office. I've had many massages through the years at spas, resorts and other chiropractic offices, but Century West has them beat by miles. Unlike other places I've been to, (1) EVERY ONE of Century West's masseuses are excellent and accomplished in a wide range of therapies (Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, hot stone, etc.), (2) they are all capable of ?firm pressure massages? (my biggest complaint at other places is that the pressure?s too wimpy for me), (3) there are numerous masseuses on staff so it's often possible to get an appointment at the last minute (good for me, with my uneven work schedule), (4) the massage rooms are dimly lit with soft strains of instrumental music and the slight fragrance of the massage oil/lotion (i.e., four of your five senses are simultaneously being gently lulled and coaxed into relaxation) and, best of all, (5) the cost ($45 for an hour massage--it?s really true!) is unbelievably affordable considering the high quality of service provided.

I was totally satisfied with the services at CWC. Once you enter the door you forget you are on Westwood Blvd. The people up front were polite and friendly, the waiting room had a peacful, relaxing atmosphere. IT WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Within minutes I was called for my massage. The room was fantastic with candles and music. Even the extra blanket was great. Christina was the masseuse and she was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her profession. She just let me enjoy my massage and did speak to me unless I asked questions. I came out completely relaxed, rejuvenated and content.
I look forward to my next visit . Thank you for a great experience. The hours of operation are very accommodating to everyone. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, therapeutic, enjoyable massage.They have all different types of massages depending on what you are looking for- swedish, acupressure, shiatsu, etc.

i highly recommend stopping in at century west for one of their massage or massage packages. I received a one-hour shiatsu massage for $45, and the ambiance was excellent. the receptionist was very accomodating for my last minute appointment and the therapist was in tune to my needs. i was suffering from severe back pain and she offered me a hot pack which normal massage places would not offer, but because this is also a chiropractic office, it offers those perks.

I love going to the spa to get massages, but don?t do it very often because of the high price tag. I think $125+ is a lot to pay for a 50 minute service, esp. when I don?t use the extra amenities like the steam room, sauna, etc. Most of the time, I just get my massage and go, so I could care less if the extra stuff was not part of the package.

Century West is a great place to get a spa-quality massage without paying for the unnecessary amenities. I paid $60 (including tip). That?s less than half the price of Burke Williams! They have a pretty good variety of services if you want something more than the plain-vanilla Swedish massage. They also offer discounts for purchasing packages of 5- and 10- treatments. I was able to make a same-day appointment, which was a nice convenience. All of the employees are very friendly. The waiting room felt like a doctor?s office, but they decorate the treatment rooms to make them feel a bit more ?zen.? It?s a minor added touch, but it does actually make it seem more inviting and relaxing than other discount places like Massage Company, where the rooms are pretty sterile. They also offer other services: chiropractor, acupuncture, facials, waxing, etc. I?m all about efficiency and convenience, so the idea that I get a bunch of stuff done without having to drive all over town is a huge plus!

I?ll definitely be coming back. And at these prices, I can go more than a couple of times a year.

Love it! A great, easy little spa. I like it b/c there is also chiropractic care there - which is great for me b/c it is usally my back and my neck that bring me in for a massage. Really great value for what you get!
