Charged for services not rendered, hoping not to be caught

I heve been to this dentist several times. Each time I hoped it the service would get better. I went through two cleanings without even a, "Hello, my name is ..." from the dentist.
I still have a few small cavities that the dentist said "aren't worth fixing, " meanwhile I can see them grow in the mirror.
Needed a root canal and Crown. He overcharched for the crown, and charged me for a crown lenghtining that he never performed. I guess they didn't think I would notice. However, I did get my money back when I confronted them on it.
