One of their Mechanics Crashed my friends bike while test riding it after a routine service was done. The Service Manager would not even take responsibility for the Major damage to the bike and siad my buddy needed to pay for it with his own insurance. I guess there is a very small disclaimer on the bottom of the service agreement that states they are not responsible for any damage that happens while the bike is at Hahm .... 3 MONTHS later Hahm finally agreed to pay for the Damaged they caused !!! Be careful when you bring your bike for service , DO NOT let them ride it !!!

Stay away from Hahm Motorsports. They refused to make the payoff to the finance co. after selling my motorcycle. Total run around & deceptive business practices. Not only am I the victim left with a payment and no motorcycle, the other person who purchased the bike can not register it.

Honestly i'm shocked to see some of these people's review's that have been posted. Were they shopping at the same place?????? I bought a a CBR1000RR last week and got a smoking deal. They were not only nice to deal with but they beat everyone elses prices by over 400.00!!! I walked in, and in less than an hour I was down the road on my new bike. Jesse and Brian were very helpfull. I will deffinatly recommend my freinds to Hahm.

My first visit there I was actually looking to purchase a bike. I walked in and was amazed at the size of the sales floor. I saw sales people all over the place....well I assumed they were sales people, they were wearing Hahm shirts. I walked around the sales floor looking at all the bikes. I was sitting on them...moving them around and even moved one out of the line and into the middle of a walk way to get a better look at the bike. All this took place over a 30 minute time period. I was NEVER once approached by anyone who worked there or asked if I needed any assistance. I looked around and saw many of the young sales staff standing around talking to each other, two others were standing in a corner chatting it up with some attractive girls who were there and yet another couple of them were sitting on ATVs talking and texting on their cell phones. After 45 minutes of looking at bikes I approached a sales person and asked for some info on a bike. He told me he was not familiar with that brand and I would have to find someone else. I asked for a manager to find out what type of dealership and sales staff was he running. He said he was the new manager and appreciated my comments and input. He said it was his wish to get the dealership in a better place and make It run well, he was hired to clean up the place and make it better.I didn't buy a bike that day from Hahm. I traveled 20 miles out of my way to a dealer in Irvine that had fantastic CSR. I have gone back to Hahm 3-4 more times trying to buy parts, service and accessories for the 2 bikes I own now. I have NEVER been able to get anyone to help me there when I stand at counters for parts or sales. Seems like they are really not wanting customers. I guess they figure customers can just help them selves and don't need questions answered.

Been to this dealership twice, both times it has been very very bad. I gave them a 2nd chance and it turned out worse then the first.
There is truth to the saying of buyer beware, the person who wrote it had to write it after there visit to Hahm Motorsports.
Stay away is my opinion.

I recently visited Hahm Motorsports to purchase an advertised Suzuki 450Z dirt bike that was advertised on Craigs List of Orange County. The internets add stated, The bike was traded in because the owner needed to get out from under it. When I to the arrived dealership I was told by the attending sales person that the bike was sold because it was no longer on the sales floor. I respectfully asked him to check the Vin. Number within his computer system and see if the bike was sold or still available. To the surprise of the sales person the bike was available and parked in the service department. After talking with one of the store managers and the attending sales person about the bike and its history I decided to make a go for the motorcycle. I was told by the staff that the bike needed to go through mechanical inspection to be started and ridden before being purchased. After waiting 2.5 hours for this process I was finally led into the dealership purchasing area to sign some paperwork. No sooner than being led back inside I was approached by the sales person to be told I have some bad newssomeone has already put a down on the bike.
At this moment I told the sales person Are you kidding I have just spent 2.5 hours waiting for this bike to pre prepped and now you are telling me its already been possibly purchased. STILL RECEIVING NO APOLOGY AT THIS TIME I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. The manager that originally spoke with me would not even look at me at this moment and another acting manager decided to speak with me. After stating the same comment to him about my time investment with the bike and staff he stated, Well, all I can tell you is I am sorry, another person put a substantial amount down on the bike. I told the manager you have lost a customer and I left the building.
The interesting thing about this whole adventure is everything was a lie from the beginning about the motorcycle. I was contacted two days later by the general manager of Hahm motors because of writing the dealerships website about my incident. The gentleman told me that the bike was not sold to someone else and there was never a deposit on the bike and he wanted to profoundly apologize to me for my experience. I also found out from a different source on my original visit that the bike was not traded in by a private person but returned from the Hahm race team. The bike apparently only had been lightly track ridden by the team and not raced. To make a long story short any relationship with a dealership that starts off with a lie will end with a lie. Word of mouth is either the best of business or the worst and in this case it is the worst. My good old Dad God rest his soul once said, At least with a prostitute you know what you are going to get. FIND ANOTHER DEALER FRIENDS OF ORANGE COUNTY TO BUY FROM!

Friendly staff during the sales process, after the product is purchased the service falls off.
It seems they don't care after they have you, and this is not the service department, this is the sales person, it seems the direction comes from them.
Continually had problems with water craft & they didn't seem to care that some of these issued ruined entire family vacations

Hahm is the biggest disappointment ever. Don't waste your time with going there. We bought a brand new Yamaha Jet Boat and have nothing but problems with them. Our boat had rotted pieces all over and instead of fixing the problems we have been given one excuse after another. We are going on 5 months now and they still haven't fulfilled their commitment with us. As far as the day of our purchase, they had us sitting there for over 10 hours. It was exhausting and we have never come close to spending that much time on a car or even our home. Our salesman was not knowledgable of the boat features and we were left standing in the parking lot after the stoare had closed to finish our deal.
We will never visit Hahm again, we wish we had read all the other negative reviews on other web sites before purchasing ... it would have saved up a world of stress and trouble.
